I would give them 100 stars if I could! Every server here is excellent. I came here with my mom friend. James took care of our table today, and he was incredibly hospitable and helpful, especially since we came with two toddlers and two babies. He even brought the kids water in cups with lids and straws, which was very thoughtful of him. The kids all ordered the Roadside Sliders, and the adults had the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl. My friend was concerned that the beef patty was still a little too pink for her 2-year-old daughter, so she asked if it could be cooked a bit more, even though they had already eaten more than half of it. James happily accommodated the request, and the manager generously brought out two brand-new sliders on a fresh plate. That level of service was above and beyond. The atmosphere is wonderful as well. There are plenty of outdoor tables, and we didn't have to wait for outdoor seating on a weekday afternoon. Around 1 p.m., the wait for indoor seating was about 10-15 minutes. I also came here on a whim and realized I hadn't brought my credit card, but thankfully they accepted Apple Pay. I really appreciated that flexibility. Haven't been to the Cheesecake Factory in a minute and it still slaps! I really liked my chicken katsu bowl which was a special. Loved that the chicken was perfectly fried and flavors were on point. Also the brown rice really hit. Server was super nice and patient and we got a table right away since we were cool with sitting outside. It was packed on a random Tuesday so I would make sure to go early. The yuzu lemon drops were absolutely fire and we had a great time. My friend liked her food too! The Cheesecake Factory didn't need to go this hard but tbh my friend and I had a great time. The bread basket is always a hit and surprisingly we enjoyed the sourdough style bread more than the brown bread this time. I got the bang bang shrimp and chicken dish and I loved the sauce that was savory with curry and peanut flavors. I also thought the brown rice was a great touch. The star of the show was the lychee martini! It was delicious and the sugar rim was a great touch. The only downside of TCF is the price. These two items came out to $50 including tip. First things first, our waiter was fantastic. Very attentive as well as knowledgeable on the menu. I believe his name was Jason! He has been there for 5 years and it shows :) This is a great place to always make reservations during peak seasons. Being that we were there on New Years it was a madhouse with crowds of people waiting to be seated. Thankfully we were escorted to our booth immediately. Make that reservation! Upon sitting down I was shocked to see all of the silverware sitting right on the table and not wrapped in a napkin or sitting on top of one. That's a miss for me, I don't care if the table was just wiped clean! Every single utensil had water spots, making them look dirty.. some quick polishing would fix that! I ordered a Bourbon & Honey without looking at the menu, and was heartbroken to find out that has been removed!! That was one of the best drinks ever, and I don't drink! I opted for a Georgia Peach instead, and it was delicious as usual. I believe this was my 5th visit to a Cheesecake Factory, so I already had some things in mind! Cheeseburger Springrolls are a must, they are bomb every single time. Not sure why they started serving them with queso in addition to the Thousand Island-esque one? The cheese doesn't please in that case. The Korean Fried Cauliflower is absolutely delicious as well as the dip for them. The Chicken Potstickers could have been hotter, temperature-wise! Nothing there is that great for the price. Even the cheesecake portions seem smaller and lest flavorful nowadays. Would recommend looking elsewhere unless you're set on something specific from the menu. No matter what though you will usually get great service so that's a plus. read more

My go to is usually the Miso Salmon. I switched from that to Fettuccine with Shrimp. In the beginning it was delicious. However, lately I placed an order and there was no shrimp or garlic flavor except for the four extra grilled shrimp I requested. Additionally it was so greasy that the oil pooled inside the dish. I spoke to someone in charge who made me whole. I went to a location in another city and state. To my surprise, I got the identical dish, barely any garlic or shrimp except the extra I paid for. A lot of grease pooled Inside the dish. That was enough for me. I won't waste my money on it again. I'm am wondering what happened to this dish? Recipe change? Bad cooks? It went from delicious to inedible. I'm not certain what could improve the dish except to get rid of it. Ground beef, peas, zucchini, carrots, and onions, in a mushroom gravy, covered with a mashed potato, Parmesan crust. Absolutely delicious, beef was plentiful, a very flavorful gravy, and the mashed potato, Parmesan covering was delicious. For dessert, the Strawberry Shortcake. We've been to several locations of this restaurant chain. We've always had a good experience. The food might not be super original, but it's quite edible. The service in this chain was very good. We wanted to order a salad in addition to the main course, but the waiter warned us that the portions were quite large, but if it wasn't enough, we could always order more. I thought I was here before , I guess not??? I never really liked the Cheesecake Factory. I find the chain is nothing great. I was there with a group, my wife and daughter and a few friends. 7 total. First off the menu is too big there is literally too many things not he menu and too many specialties as they say. There is no way that a restaurant can say they specialize in so many dishes???????? I was going to get a hamburgers that is generally a safe bet. At the last minute I decided to go with the shepards pie. The food was terrible, definitely the worst shepards pie I have ever had in my life. I ate about half mostly the mash potatoes and then asked the waiter to wrap it to go, Not sure what I was thinking as why was I taking home something so bad. We ate a late lunch at one of the high top self-seat bar tables and had the most wonderful server, Mike. He was so attentive and nice. The grilled fish tacos were okay, nothing great, and the rice and beans were pretty bland - seriously white rice without any seasoning at all. We had a side of sweet potato fries that tasted good and came with a chipotle dipping sauce that was a little spicy and tasty. They also came with ... wait for it ... ketchup??? So bizarre. Dined in here the week before school started and it unfortunately wasn't the typical Cheesecake Factory experience. I ordered a lunch pasta and it was good, however my daughter ordered a dinner pasta and it was smaller than my lunch portion. That was extremely disappointing for the price paid. We had been starving when seated and were looking forward to the fresh bread however we didn't get any for while. My mother, sister and I went before doing some shopping on New Year's Day. It was about 2:30pm. We were greeted and seated within 5-6 minutes. Our server Ali approached our table quickly and was very knowledgeable about the specials. We all ordered Caesar side salads no which were a perfect start. I also ordered the Strawberry Spritz. It wasn't my favorite but I got through it just fine. It was a steady pace of guest coming and Ali handled all of his tables efficiently. Mt sister ordered the Truffle honey chicken. Ali brought out a taste of the sauce to make sure she would enjoy it before ordering. He was right! On a rainy Sunday we spent 30 minutes debating where to eat lunch. Finally we picked the Cheesecake Factory. Haven't been here in a few years. We knew it would be a long wait, there never isn't a long wait, but you go expecting it. I think we ended up waiting only about a half hour as we were able to snag a high top at the bar before we were ever called to be seated. Our server was decent. The menu is the typical lengthy menu. Despite all the items on the menu, I ended up ordering the same thing I always do , the club sandwich. My wife got the Louisiana Chicken pasta lunch sized portion. My club was the typical club sandwich, can't really screw that up. My wife liked her pasta and had so much she brought a large portion home. We always like their brown bread in the bread basket. Wanted to take my daughter here to celebrate her graduation. I called a week in advance and attempted to make a reservation for 8 people. I was told they don't accept reservations for large parties and would need to just stop in and add our names to the waiting list the day of. We showed up at 4pm after driving 90 minutes to get there and were told that it was a 2 hour wait if we split up our party into two groups of 4 (2 booths sitting back to back) or a 3 hour wait to sit together. I was not going to make my 85 year old grandmother wait 3 hours to eat dinner, nor was I was going to split our party when we are there as a family to celebrate my daughter. Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service. We ended up at the Olive Garden and had our food served to us before I ever got the call that our 2 booths of 4 were ready. I had a Caesar salad and the four cheese pasta. All was really good & I had enough for leftovers. The table split the fried cheese sticks and nachos. One of the cheese sticks was hallow inside! We are not frequent "big chain restaurant goers" but we had a gift card to the Cheesecake Factory. We brought our two kids, 2.5 and 10 months, arrived at 4:30pm and there was already a 40-50 minute wait. The kids shared a mac and cheese. We also received the complimentary bread, which is so nice, especially after a long wait with kids. Haha! We ordered two slices of cheesecake to go--my husband got banana cream--I only had one bite but the Bavarian cream seemed like it was a little "gritty" not the smooth creaminess you get in a donut--and I got the lemon raspberry. An American classic at the convenience of the Ross Park Mall location! The menu can go on forever! And has something for anyone. There's Asian fusion, Tex Mex and American dishes! The wait on a Friday night was about 1 hour long. But it's easy to walk around the mall or nearby shops with their text message notification system. The restaurant is super busy and crowded with diners. The ambiance is loud but casual. I ordered a classic mushroom burger with a gluten friendly bun! And my friend ordered a fried chicken sandwich. FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER I got a cold chicken sandwich and my wife got tacos with avacados hard as rocks. BEST part was...asked for a salad instead of fries..had him list the dressings, i picked one......know what i got? Fries. I want to give a huge huge shoutout to our waiter, he said his name was D!!! He was AMAZING!!! Came here for Sunday lunch and appears to get quite the wait! I have never been to this location and really never go to CC factory in general but had an overall good experience. The service was great, atmosphere was pleasant despite being packed, deco was nice and welcoming. I love the bang bang shrimp! Pretty sure they even downsized it, but it still qualifies as being pretty special. Our server was extra kind and very patient as we continued to change our order with each flip of the menu. It was helpful to see the calorie count next to each item but I am thinking calorie counting at a place known for cheesecake is probably useless. The soup was good but not exactly what I was expecting it to look like. I did get no cheese so that might have had something to do with it. My taquitos were wonderful! I could have had two orders of them. My husband had a salad and thought it was good and very filling. We sadly didn't want cheesecake at the time, but I am famous for not having a wedding cake but have Cheesecake Factory cheesecake at my wedding. We got 14 cakes and asked each piece to be cut twice!
