Food was ok, the burger meat is very dry and tastes like it had been sitting for a very long time. I asked to speak to a manager about my experience and was told they would be out in a bit, I glanced in the back to see pretty much all of the workers just talking and laughing while people were waiting for food, and I was waiting for a manager. Finally I spoke to a manager named Trina, who was very rude and did not direct me to any complaint website. Also spoke to me in a very disrespectful tone. I have to give DQ first place for their workers.at both locations. Fish sandwich is what l get usually every day. They can start by getting the orders out in order! I placed an order thru the app, which I have done plenty of times in the past. We pulled up to the drive thru said we had mobile order and they told us to pull over on the side. We did and 15 min ago by, I called the store 2 times and no answer just rang and rang. So I decided to go inside and talk / scream at the manager. Now, just so I am clear, we were in the drive thru and many cars 2 in front of us and then 4 or 5 behind us and all but 1 car went through. I go in there and I see our order sitting up on the heat shoot with a receipt under my salad and my husband's chicken strips. I was a bit loud, but this is the 2nd time they messed up at this location within a yr. We will be going to the Dairy Queen on the other side of town from now on read more

I never leave reviews or have never cared too, but the past 6 times I've came here they cheap you out of your blizzard only filling it 1/3 full of what u asked for and then the rest with vanilla ice cream. I saw them pull out pre made blizzards out of the frizzer even when I asked for extras somthing they still charged me and gave me one that has been made. I always rember them making it fresh I think the night manager is lazy and goofs off with his coworkers instead of doing there jobs. Also I think they should wear hair nets none of them had one on. read more

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Let's start off that I placed my order with no whipping cream on my banana split ... it comes out just covered in it. We politely tell the kid at the window that it was supposed to not have it. He left the window open, turned to another kid who made it saying, "its not supposed to have whip cream on it". The other kid said, Are you fucking kidding me, they are bitching about this". All the while the manager was standing right there not saying anything to curtail their foul mouth behavior. Then we started to take a photo of the kids being disrespectful and you could hear them yelling, "shut the damn window". One kid comes over and slams the window. They make a new banana split, this time it has 3 super tiny mounds of ice cream, 1 strawberry, I tidbit pineapple, and 1 tiny squirt of chocolate. I said, uh no, are u kidding me, u need to do better than this. He rolled his eyes, slammed the window and was mumbling something under his breath. When he came back the 3rd time is when we schooled them and the manager came up and not once did she school them for their inappropriate behavior until we said we were reporting this to the owner, Mr. Dworak. then she said, ok, everybody get back to work, and pretty much dismissed us. They were all laughing as if what they did and got away with it was funny. What is wrong with kids these days working half-assed, disrespecting elders, and thinking its ok? Terrible service. After my order was taken I noticed that the restaurant was full of people waiting for their food. It was a whole 15 minutes before the cook finally put my order up on a shelf and called out that take out 86 was ready. At this point I noticed that he set mine next to food that had already been sitting there so I started a timer. After seven minutes of watching my food sit on a shelf I got back in line and was asked if I would like to order. I said I wanted to speak to a manager and they said that they did not have one there. So for training, understaffed restaurant, and an absentee management. I don't want to know what else is going on there, in customer service and training are that bad I can't imagine that food handling practices are any better. read more

Absolutely disappointed. Had to wait 30 minutes with two orders ahead of us and we only ordered 3 ice creams. 1 dipped cone, 1 peanut buster parfait, and 1 m&m blizzard. When we were finally brought out our order, we only got 2/3 items (the peanut buster parfait wasn't even made correctly, but we were not wanting to wait another 30 minutes for it) and told the boy working and he said he'd be back with it. Then I saw him start another order so we had to tell the cashier (he was an absolutely lovely worker and willing to help!) the cashier went back and made our order. We used to love this location, and we understand being understaffed, but the wait for three ice creams was ridiculous. Why wait 30 minutes for incorrect/incomplete orders when we could just drive an extra 5 minutes and get correctly made items by an efficient team. We will no longer be returning to this location. read more

This place has the worst service I've ever received at a drive through. Stopped at 3:30 in the afternoon. Only two other cars in the parking lot and one in front of me at the drive through. Took them 5 minutes to take our order! When we finally got to the window neither of the girls there said hi or thank you. One of them just glared at me like I interrupted their conversation! Horrible service. The boy at the counter was rude and lacking people skills. Then him and another boy began talking and screwing around in the back while we were waiting for our food. So finally when it was done it was put up on the shelf for approximately 10 minutes. Not once did either boy attempt to bring it out to us even though they walked by it and heard her call it out 2 times. Finally after walking by multiple times, helping the other boy with the ice cream machine, and taking an order of a group of 10 he "gave" us our food. Only to forget our vanilla kid's cone. The simplest part of our whole meal. Never coming back. I don't suggest you do either. read more

Food is good, but the service is sometimes horrible. In drive thru, a girl with glasses looked at us like she were better than us, and when she asked us to pull forward, she didn't even make eye contact. When she brought the food out, she didn't even make sure I was holding the bag before walking away. Nearly dropped it. Horrible service lately. read more
