After being in the car driving for over 8 hours I just wanted to eat some food and relax. I was extremely disappointed in our food. I paid $44 for food that was just gross. My kids didn't even want to eat it. I specifically said no tomato and she even asked me to verify and still gave me tomato and didn't even put the lettuce in my chicken sandwich. We waited over 10 mins, which is fine, but our food wasn't even fresh. It was barely even warm. The fries tasted old, they weren't salted and My blizzard only had Oreo on the top half and just plain ice cream on the bottom and the drink station was really dirty and smelled kinda sour almost like there was spilled tea or something. Would NOT recommend! I'd give zero stars if it would let me. read more

If I could rate this Dairy Queen location a ZERO stars I would most definitely do so. If you want to be SCAMMED and RIPPED OFF I would suggest coming to this Dairy Queen located at (205 Riverwind E Dr, Pearl, MS 39208). We ordered two MEDIUM Blizzards that cost $4.09 each, and we were charged $13.18. When we asked the lady in the window about the price, she blatantly lied to us about the price of each Blizzard. She didn't hand us back a receipt, and she stated that the two MEDIUM Blizzards that we ordered were $5.99 each. Mind you, that's more expensive than the price of a LARGE Blizzard that costs $4.69. Not to mention we rolled up to the drive thru and had two vehicles infront of us, but we still waited for over 20 minutes to get two Blizzards. It took 18 minutes to receive my food from the point I ordered, not a huge deal, but 7 years in the food industry it's just common knowledge it shouldn't take 18 minutes on fast food especially when you order through a drive thru..however if you wait 18 minutes for food, it should at least be hot when you receive it. I ordered a 4 piece chicken meal with honey mustard and white gravy, the chicken was good, wasn't freshly made hot but it was decent temperature, the fries were room temperature and the bread was cold and tasted soggy with the amount of oil they put on it. The employees were friendly enough, but looked more concerned with cleaning than serving the customers. And let me clarify, because I'm a pretty patient person most times. I don't mind waiting if an establishment is busy, but almost a 20 minute wait when they are not busy is a whole other ball game. They seem to have this wait time every time we visit. This review is for Jeremy that we had the delight of engaging with this fine July evening. For a fine young gentleman who has only been employed for less than a turn of the hour glass, he has amazing and superior knowledge about his profession! Our first interaction with Jeremy: He knowingly repeated all of our orders back to us wrong!... the screen that reveals our orders showed that he ultimately entered them correctly in the register. Just a bit of Joshing and Tomfoolery that all enjoyed. He made a great effort on my custom (aka "picky") order. He simply shouted "No brown! Add green!" toward the kitchen. And I'll be an Abrahams sister if the kitchen didn't remove the chocolate syrup and add the mint syrup to my blizzard. Only one such as Jeremy could convey such nuanced culinary directions with a few words. Bravo Jeremy. Now to the action! - One of the machines was malfunctioning and this is where Jeremy really shines. Jeremy shouts "WE GOT A 12:00 BLINKER" to all that can hear, and rushes into action. Immediately he is at the machine furiously pressing buttons with both index fingers. He is pressing with wild abandon, faster than the eye can track. Within mere moments the machine has succumb to his will and superior fingering. Thank you Jeremy, good job keeping cool on what looked like a crazy night. read more

Today we went to Dairy Queen for my birthday. That was a big mistake. When I got my hamburger I was so disappointed because it was cold. I could not figure out why it was cold until I went to the counter and saw that they were not using the grill and they were pulling patties out of the oven When someone ordered a hamburger. The girl who worked in the kitchen could not get the orders right. She messed up on other customers orders. The man who was taking the orders was Extremely rude. We ordered 3 blizzards ,1 medium,and 2 small. He finished my medium first and I said "Is that a medium or a small and he said a medium. He then prepared 2 small that was the same size as mine. I was so mad that I decided for his sake not to go back to the counter. I told my family that we would Never be back. I should have known there was a problem when their was only 3 families in the restaurant at rush hour and no one in the drive through. read more

Stopped in at noon on a Monday, and I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip meal and medium Blizzard to go. The fat black man behind the counter with no name tape on with a star tattoo his throat should be fired. The guy initially called out people's orders by their menu item rather than the ticked number, which created confusion amongst the 6 or 7 customers waiting for their order. I was given my value meal but no blizzard, the guy asked what I was waiting for, to which I replied-my blizzard (again my meal was ordered to-go). His response was that "they'll have to make it". Who is "they" and when does that happen in this whole process? After another 5 mins of waiting, the guy asks if I need something, again "waiting for my blizzard". He then goes and makes a small when I ordered a medium. He goes back and makes a medium, which must not have been correct, because the manager finally steps in and remakes another medium to standard. The guy is incompetent at this job. Took 20 minutes to receive my full order. Don't recommend this location. read more

We have been waiting for over 10 minutes for a simple burger and ice cream. They forgot our gravy, too. At least 4 vehicles behind us have gotten their food and left and we're still waiting on a burger. How long does it take someone to make a burger for one person. Oh, make that five vehicles.
