The guy serving us seemed pretty cool until my husband told a joke that he did not understand turning his service sour from that moment on - perhaps he was just having a bad day, who knows, but certainly no need for despotism. Good service or bad service doesn't make a difference to us if the food is good and it wasn't so we will never return.

Instead of an apology the restaraunt wanted to tell their tale of woe. Opportunity knocked and will now seek service quality and decency elsewhere. If you promote a service you need to deliver in the deliverables. Shame on Jacks incompetent staff and systems.
