SO BAD.. been waiting 30 minutes for a simple order.. service is terrible..they skiped my order now having to wait on a second order.. tables are all filthy. Flies are present.. Smells in here. Fries are undercooked. Onion rings are all bread.. burger tasts funny. One star is to much. They should close this place down. read more

I love Dairy Queen ice cream! Unfortunately (I assume to save money) this Dairy Queen is breaking their agreement with Dairy Queen corporate and serving a nasty ice milk product! Watery, full of crystals, not the white rich ice cream that you would normally find at a Dairy Queen. It has the consistency of Chick-fil-A Ice Dream (which is not ice cream) I've also had this frozen product at Chinese buffets! Yuck! Find a different Dairy Queen to spend your money in! At the Prattville, Alabama stop, 7 people walked in a little after 9pm for ice cream. (Closes at 10) and we were told they were not making any blizzards. Why have a closing at 10 if you are not going to serve what is on your menu until closing time. All walked back out. Obviously didn't care and not vested in the business. read more

Gravy for chicken tenders tasted like mildew. Tables we're totally nasty. I know everyone is short staffed, and the two employees were working their tails off, but they can only do so much. Y'all need more help or you need to go to drive thru only. read more

Fries and chicken strip sandwiches were cold and greasy. Chicken doneness questionable as well. When we got home we had to put the food in the oven to finish cooking before safe to eat. Would have trashed it but it cost too much. Ridiculous. This used to be a great restuarant but don't bother to go, it is trash.​ read more

We went to this Dairy Queen on a mission of getting "Rotisserie Style Chicken bites" (something along those lines) they cut the pieces in halves and only served half the amount we paid for. I wouldn't recommend it at all. And other reviews were horrible as well. The people were friendly enough but the Chicken was cut in half so you get cheated out of an actually full meal. read more

This restaurant was very dirty! The floors were so gross as was the counter behind the register. Surprised they had a decent health score. The red haired girl at the cash register was friendly even though I could tell she was tired. The girl who gave me my blizzard, on the other hand, seemed angry! What to say...it's a dairy queen. No drive thru so had to go inside. It is attached to a gas station which means using disgusting gas station restrooms. One of the urinals was broke but people apparently decided to still use it...barf. Ordered two blizzards and neither were handed upside down. They were delicious though. I think the prices have gone up recently as a large here is $5!! As much as it pains me I have to stick with the store bought ice cream. 4x more for the same price. read more

Not a great experience. Headed home from Destin and stopped for a "quick" lunch. We ordered 2 burgers and a fry, of those 3 things 2 were correct. It was busy but the orders came out sooooo slowly. On top of that my husband's burger was wrong and he had to wait even longer for the correct order. Food was okay, nothing out of ordinary. They were out of napkins, ketchup and the cups for the ketchup at the condiments station. Finally we had our correct food and then we started smelling smoke coming from the kitchen. After 45 minutes of chaos we were done! Needless to say, you should keep on driving. Choose any place else. Really! read more

Food was decent enough, but service was terrible. Cashier didn't care and got the order wrong.

Went today to but one of the already made ice cream cakes. As soon as we walked through the door we were taunted by the employees because we were wearing Auburn shirts. We ignored and kept looking through their cake freezer until one of the employees stated "we dont serve auburn fans here. Its either roll tide or roll out" so we left without saying a word. I cant believe management lets their employees act this way and refuse service. read more
