Jazzy's Eats and Treats is a great place to have brunch, given breakfast and brunch is all this restaurant serves and that is all they have on the menu. This focus should and does translate into good results, but it is a work in progress. I came here with two friends and we were in agreement this is a great place for breakfast and brunch, but also in agreement their coffee and tea game could be stepped up. There are no real hot tea choices and the coffee is a bit on the weak side. There is also no iced tap water, only bottled water to pour over ice. They only charge a buck for the water, but it is a consideration. I ordered the shrimp and grits with a side of bacon, which I highly recommend. The grits have a creamy consistency aided with lots of cheese and butter, the latter of which is great for flavor, but could be restrained a bit. You are not here to count the calories. There are a decent number of shrimp atop, with proper Cajun seasoning befitting the eponymously named and New Orleans styled Jazz restaurant. The side of bacon, which came out in a caramelized semicrisp state, complimented the shrimp and added its own savory flavor to put it over the top for me. Jazzy's New Orleans underpinning was consistent in its flavor profile across all our dishes. The Cajun seasoning was evident in the Salmon Croquettes and the Fish and Grits my friends ordered. Everything received positive reviews, save for the pancakes one of my friends ordered on the side, which were considered mildly positive, and the Croquettes, which were a bit too heavily seasoned with the increased sodium content. Prices are reasonable and, after all is said and done, each person will come to about thirty bucks, including the tip, which is automatically charged at fifteen percent. Service was good, but this automatic gratuity charge is a practice I do not like and is reflected in my review rating, but do not let that dissuade you from coming here. 3.5 stars! read more

I'll admit, having lived in Atlanta for some caused me to be skeptical of this place at first. I know 'these' types of spots when I see them. You can go down the checklist: Automatic gratuity sign on the front door, the grassy walls, and the steeply priced menu. As a matter of fact, when I looked at the prices at first glance, I almost got up and left because, again, this felt like a 'typical' Atlanta-lite brunch spot when I was visiting Montgomery. However, my experience and thoughts about Jazzy's would begin to shift right there. The waitress was very friendly and patient. I ordered the Big Breakfast with eggs, grits, potatoes and chicken wings. My guest ordered red velvet waffles and a breakfast skillet. It took quite a while, especially for the lack of patrons in the restaurant. However, when the food came, it more than solved and lingering issues I may have been pondering about Jazzy's. The food was amazing!!! The waffles and pancakes were delicious. The eggs and grits took me back to grandma's kitchen table. And the wings??? Come on Jazzy's y'all showed out with the wings. Everything was right on point. Also, I think it's important to note, the size of the portions given will more than make up for any potential pause given by the prices on the menu. My daughter and i visited Jazzy's from Atlanta. It was about closing time but they treated us great . Didn't try to rush us out . The food was delicious and came out hot . I'm not a decorator but they definitely need more attention to the outside . The inside is very cute and enjoyed the music. Please put something near the road to lead customers to your establishment. The GPS led us to A Mexican Restaurant in the same parking lot. This is definitely a hidden gem. We will be back . read more

First time eating here and the French toast were easily some of the best I've had. They were so airy and soft. The dolce frappe was good and the blueberry lemonade slushy was refreshing. However Some of the items are pricey and it did take a while for our food to come out. read more

I had the shrimp and grits, very good classic taste. Stopped on a Sunday morning so traffic was light, sorry I don't remember my server's name but she was great , friendly and provided suggestions of good eats. Overall the food was good. The service was extremely slow with the amount of guests in the establishment. We waited over 30 mins to be seated that was initially quoted at 10 mins. We were just passing thru the city and looking for a good brunch spot and not totally with our experience. read more
