I went to this place for nostalgia. I had a vanilla cone with chocolate dip. I haven't had one of these in decades. I remember them as having a chocolate coating that was like a candy bar that you could break bits off, this one wasn't that solid but was still quite good. I paid with Apple Pay and was faced with a tip screen for drive through for a Dairy Queen. I think 4.75 for a cone is enough for the shop to pay a decent wage so workers don't need a tip - I felt obliged to give a tip so I gave a half buck but I kind of resent it. This location is awesome. I wanted a specific blizzard and it wasn't coming up on door dash. They made it for me after I gave them a call, which meant more to me than it should! 10/10 for customer service. They're always on point between the ice cream and their food. Their drive through is always timely even with a large line. The inside is clean and their sitting area is nice and spacious. Their play area is also back open which I have yet to go into but it looks fun for kids! read more

This location has been here a long time and it has a great 50s feel inside. The drive thru is a great bonus. Sadly this location doesn't offer the $6 meal deal which is the best thing going in fast food in my opinion. The play land remains closed and perhaps permanently. Do NOT order the chili cheese dog. I can honestly say that I bet I could find a two day old hotdog from a truckstop that tastes better than that. I should've known before taking a bite when the chili was black that it just wasn't right. The hotdog itself was at best lukewarm, barely cooked. Only thing nice I can say is that the roll was soft. I said something to them but they didn't seem to care nor did they offer to correct it. They just said "I'm so sorry to hear that." Please don't say that you weren't warned! read more

Drive thru is not working efficiently, and they don't have inside open to walk in order, (READ. I did not say to dine in) which is dumb. They need to take an example from the C.F.-A up the road who knows how to do it right! Open up two lanes instead of one and have employees outside taking orders in addition to the speaker system. read more

Best Dairy Queen experience in my life. Typically, going to fast food restaurants is a disappointing and even disastrous experience, but this Dairy Queen checked all the *right* boxes. I don't live in the area, and was simply passing through to get some lunch. Like most DQs I am familiar with, I had low expectations. However, immediately after walking in, I was met with a unique retro vibe that seemed like a scene right out of a 50s diner. And it was spectacular! The service was fast and efficient, and both employees I interacted with were eager and happy to help. I truly felt like a valued customer. The uniqueness and friendliness of a chain restaurant is something you don't see everywhere, but we need to see more of!! 10/10 experience!! Would recommend 100%!! read more

When I ask for a burger with no bun, that doesn't mean that you throw a slab of beef with a peice of lettuce in a box. I didn't say, "no ketchup", or no anything else. I said, "no bun". That's it. It's probably the best DQ I've been too. Super clean, friendly service and my food came to me prepared with some care put into it. Meaning my sandwich was not slopped together and the condiments smashed all over the wrapper. When it comes to fast food services, this is as good as it can be. Banana split very good. Banana fresh, not bruised or brown. Comes with vanilla soft ice cream with strawberries, crushed pineapple, and hot fudge. Wasn't very busy. Was served right away and didn't take long to get out ice cream. Decor is set for the 1950s (per my mom who would know). Glittery red booths and chairs. Table lighting looks like it's from that time period as well. Serve food as well. Didn't see food advertised from the sign outside. Might have missed it though. read more

I say that because it seems the only people there are high school kids, we got an ice cream cake once and the senior management person who was all of 17 asked me to write out the word 'anniversary' since he wasn't sure how to spell it. The ice cream at Dairy Queen is good, but I don't like going inside. The play area/booths are outdated and does not seem as clean as it could be. The meals are also not very good compared to other fast food choices. I have not been disappointed by the ice cream. They should stick with ice cream alone. read more

I waited a few minutes for the food to come out and then this guy just told me to move up by the railing. And after he said that it still took another 4-5 min for them to come out. Usually don't mind this place when taking my kids for ice cream but this last visit was pretty bad. We went up and ordered 2 small blizzards and one smoothie and the order came out to $22.11 which I knew was too high...gave the receipt to my husband and said to take it back up and see why...he went up when the order was ready and noticed a large blizzard was added to the things we ordered. He told them that we never asked for this and asked that they refund the money...they refused and insisted we did! We ended up with a blizzard nobody wanted or ate and a waste of money! I wouldn't be able to sleep nights, serving this stuff. Stopped in for the first time and purchased two Flame Thrower combo's, for my wife and I. Also, two chocolate shakes. The burgers were indescribable. I have no clue as to what the ingredients could be, but certainly they have little to do with beef. We routinely eat at McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy's, Chick Filet and (certain locations only) Arbys, I have to state, that this DQ food is, to the best of my recollection, the poorest quality fast food that we've ever attempted to consume. The "chocolate" shake was not much better. Little to do with chocolate or any other recognizable natural flavors. Just as with the burger, we were both wondering, WHAT IS THIS STUFF?!! Walked in today with a friend and she ordered before me and was helped right away and right after she finished ordering I was planning on ordering. However the cashier walked away even though I was standing directly in front of the cash register and I stood there for 5-10 minutes while my friends food was prepared. Out of the 5 or 6 workers that were in there none of them decided to stop and ask if I was being helped. The workers kept looking at me and still did not help me and just carried on with their own conversations. Once my friend gets her food I was hoping that someone would finally help me but they go directly to the person behind me in line and ask if they need help. I interrupted them and said that I was still in line and they did not care at all and just never helped me so we walked out and went to the drive through. I then ordered a PLAIN cheeseburger and a triple chocolate brownie that is suppose to be warm and when I got my order the burger had everything on it and my brownie was cold.
