Worst location ever!!!!! This restaurant is absolutely disgusting. Food was on 3 separate glasses at our table. None of our food was hot. Our server Caroline did not care at all. Went on a Friday around 5 PM with no reservation and we were only waiting maybe 15 minutes, not bad at all for a Friday evening! One thing to keep in mind if you're coming with little ones: I have twins and needed two high chairs, so seating options were a little limited depending on how they could arrange the tables. If you're in a similar situation, it's worth calling ahead so they can plan accordingly and make sure you're comfortable. Our waiter took a little while to get to us at first maybe 5 to 10 minutes before someone came over to check on us, but once he arrived, he was attentive, personable, and really helpful the rest of the night. After that, the food came out quickly. And the food? Really good. I had the Tex Mex with fries fries were fresh and the dish did not disappoint. The bread they bring out with the brown bread and butter is always a moment. Also had a passion fruit margarita which was a great call. For dessert I tried the tiramisu (decent, but not my personal favorite tiramisu) and the cinnamon cheesecake, which was delicious. We also tried the small BBQ burger with fries also a win. Bar took quite a while to make 2 mixed drinks especially with how empty the restaurant and bar were. Drinks went empty and never were offered or given refills. I ordered 2 apps as my main. Starting with the street corn "ribs". The seasoning, colors cheese, and mayo paired together well. It was lacking the cilantro that the menu said it would have, however it was good as is (in my opinion). I also got the stuffed mushrooms. The mushrooms were a bit soggy and the stuffing was charred but it did not taste intentional. There's a reason they are called the Cheesecake Factory and not the Mushroom Factory - you're going to want to pass on this. We returned on November 16 and the experience was equally amazing. Clean, modern, and welcoming, the restaurant lends itself to a comfortable atmosphere even when filled to capacity. Ram took care of us and he was exemplary (the wait staff is truly exceptional). The grilled branzino was some of the best I've had and the size of the filet wowed me. I feel sorry for the hostesses. They do their job extremely well but they are constantly bombarded by walk-ins and those with reservations who show up early. They have much to juggle and navigate. My GF and I had lunch here today with friends, and the experience was as good as our last visit a few months ago. I had found (online) and used their recipe for Miso salmon last week with great success, so I ordered it today. It was stunning. The miso gave it a delicious crust, and the salmon was perfectly done with a moist center. The presentation was beautiful, the brown rice ideal for my high fiber needs. The sauce it was served on was a bit too sweet for my taste, but my plate was totally clean when I finished. Leann(sp?) was our server both times, and she was pleasant, prompt and professional. A really nice person. A fact not widely known is this establishment is a strong supporter of the local community. I volunteer at Peaceable Kingdom, a local animal rescue. Last month a large crew (about 15) of volunteers from the CF showed up one morning and spent the entire day thoroughly cleaning our building and giving our wards love and attention. Ordered from this restaurant off of DoorDash at 5:30pm....deliver time was estimated between 6:30 & 6:50 pm...1st dasher shows up waits for 20 minutes and cancels...2nd dasher shows up and waits for an hour....its now 7:30 so I call directly to the restaurant to find out the issue and after ringing the phone for roughly 20 minutes a person picks up I immediately ask why my food delivery is taking so long and I get oh I can find out promptly placed me on hold didn't even ask a name that the order was under and have been on hold for last 15 minutes. I hung up. I will be ordering from another place and won't be ordering from this place anymore. I highly recommend you use extreme caution when ordering from this restaurant in the time it takes to get your food to you could be in an old age home by the time they have it ready for delivery. If you can't handle mobile orders then think about removing your restaurant from the door dash app. Period staff should be better trained to handle the phone in a prompt professional manner. I did not know what to do at first and felt awkward. It is, quite tiny in there, that being I felt I was elbowing the people next to me as I was dining. Server said they had "heat" to them; so I didn't order that. I picked the pineapple chicken and shrimp. Which to me also had a lot of "heat". I would have appreciated him mentioning that. I'm sure he said his name but I don't remember it. He was not attentive. We had to ask about take home containers and water and refills on lemonade drinks. Then he offered to cut the cheesecake in 2 and separate boxes because we were sharing and taking. It came in ONE box. Then we had to ask for bags to carry them after noticing other servers automatically bringing the bags. Other servers also seemed more attentive to their tables. Probably will return at some point but stick to small plates and appetizers. I have a walker and when they seated us we had to go through a maze of table sections to get to our table near the kitchen. My table partner had a Koren flavor dish and enjoyed even with the "heat". I think I would have enjoyed some with less "heat" more although I did like the flavor. She also was very concerned about the arse a few tables down who LOUDLY shouted in his video call for nearly the entire time we were there, then rudely told her to hurry up with the check. I'll start out by saying the server was great and this experience wasn't his fault. I remember his name started with a D and he was an African American male, he was a fantastic waiter. But it's been 45 minutes since were ordered and we still don't have our food. The mall is closing in a few minutes and I'm worried about being able to make it back to our car. It was one flatbread and a pasta dish. We ordered at 6:45pm and it's now just past 7:30pm. Update: our food came out after nearly and hour so we just asked for boxes and a check. The mall was closing and we needed to get to our car. The server apologized and offered a free dessert but we declined because we didn't want to seem like we were complaining just to get free food. We went to order two slices to go at the station up front. They called the name for our order and handed us the bag. They gave us two of the wrong slices but we didn't notice until we got home. So we spent $50+tip on a pizza and pasta dish that we couldn't even sit to enjoy. Then an extra $25 for the wrong desserts. I felt like we just threw $100 in the trash tonight. It's silly, but I was really looking forward to dessert after having a bad dinner experience. Tonight was such a waste of time and a total disappointment. We could've gone to the food court and at least gotten what we ordered without waiting so long and spending that amount. We couldn't enjoy any part of our meal. This was our first time at this location and the food and service was absolutely perfect! We were lucky enough to have Marcus B. as our waiter who was superb and made sure everything went well. He went above and beyond when he noticed that one of us had to step away (closing cracked car windows with rain) and got something to cover our food to keep it warm and made sure all was okay when we were back.
