Udderly Delicious, Innovative, Fun way to enjoy fresh homemade ice cream. This location is a true gem nestled in the historical township of Allentown and definitely worth the stop. It really can't be compared to other chain type ice cream shops. It has a new age, innovative fun twist with the charm, and traditional satisfaction of an old-school ice cream parlor. So if you enjoy new age 'cereal bar' or 'pump & top' your own creation locations, this location is for you. The added bonus is that their ice cream is all made fresh onsite - You can't get it elsewhere. Upon walking in, you can smell and feel the love put into all the details: crafty clever sayings imprinted on the floor and decorating the eye-catching wall color and samples products. The young lady behind the counter flashes a big smile, greets you with a hello, and is ready to serve. She offered flavor taste sample since there are many options, always a plus. Then, once you place an order, it is expeditedly made. I will say made carefully to look like the Delicious Edible Art you see and expected. Opted for a two scoop waffle taco sundae, and the Mr. followed suit. TLO'S Taco Sundae ~ Peanut Butter Explosion and Salted Caramel Pretzel Ice Creams with Caramel and Peanut Butter Cup toppings with Whip and Cherries. The Mr. went for Chocolate Peanut Butter and Chocolate Oreo Ice Cream with Hot Fudge and Peanut Butter toppings with Whip and Cherries. All in all, a 5 star experience that is highly recommended. Create whatever your heart desires, and you'll be smiling through every last bite.

Our first time here while visiting Pennsylvania for the weekend -- and what a treat! The Udder Bar isn't just an ice cream shop; it's a full dessert experience. The atmosphere is cheerful, spotless, and super inviting, making it perfect for both kids and adults. Definitely worth the stop!

I could try to sum it up but it was too good to try. Great unique flavors, tons of options, and well priced sundaes/bowls. Service really fast too and great outdoor seating. Açaí was so good. If I had a reason to go back to Allentown it would be my first stop.

Mangonada was refreshing and very good

We tried Mangonada last time we were here. Mangonada is mango water ice with Chamoy drizzled through it and Tajin spice sprinkled on top, giving good flavor. Frozen banana dipped in chocolate from their freezer was very good. In the past we have tried cinnamon roll ice cream, sweet potato ice cream, pistachio ice cream and waffle taco with pumpkin ice cream, chopped peanuts and hot fudge. We also tried chocolate chip cookies. Waffle Taco with scoop of rum raisin ice cream and peanut butter explosion ice cream with chopped peanuts and hot fudge was pretty good. Chocolate & Banana ice cream was good. Pumpkin cheesecake ice cream was very good . They make homemade glazed donuts they serve with ice cream, which sounds good.

Delicious dairy bar right in the heart of Allentown! They have tons of different flavors of ice cream and all sorts of fun ways to eat your ice cream. You can get ice cream nachos, ice cream waffles, ice cream with a hot brownie, and any ice cream can also be made into a cookie sandwich! Absolutly crazy how many options you've got. I got the ube milkshake and it was absolutly delish and perfect. Staff are friendly and were very patient with me while I tried several flavors. Restaurant was also clean and tidy. Will be thinking about this ube milkshake for way too long

The Udder Bar is simply fantastic.... So much so that I've made the three hour, one way drive twice now. That's how good it is. I'm lactose intolerant and finding a GREAT dairy free ice cream is no easy task. Until now. The first time I came I had the strawberry. So creamy with the perfect amount of fruit and sweetness. Excellent. The next time I had the blackberry chip. Out of this world. Again, perfectly balanced flavors and you'd never know if wasn't made with dairy. That's how it's supposed to be, right?!? I find myself frequently checking the menu so I can rationalize the three hour drive.... But it's really a no brainer!

What is this voodoo?? The owner must be a mad scientist for the flavor profiles he achieves in his ice creams. The ice cream is flavorful, fresh, and creamy! With the large selection of flavors, they have something everyone! Great job all! Keep it up!

My husband went with his standard Bacon Cheeseburger with hash browns. Our server was great very friendly and on top of the drink refills. We finished up and we were off to the airport. I ordered an omelette, and my son had the eggs Benedict. Both dishes came out looking great, and the coffee was also surprisingly good. It had that fresh, smooth flavor that's hard to find at most breakfast spots. My omelette was a bit on the mild side, not heavily seasoned, but I actually prefer it that way. It might feel a little too bland for someone who likes bolder flavors, though. Overall, it was a pleasant breakfast and a great way to start the day. Some things were good, others were disappointing. I couldn't decide between the breakfast tacos and the G145 egg sandwich, so I got both. This was the first time I ever ordered breakfast tacos so I'm glad they were delicious! They were piled high with chorizo, scrambled eggs, tater tots, cheddar jack cheese, pico, and sour cream. The G145 egg sandwich consists of two eggs, bacon, & American cheese on a brioche bun. The bacon was cooked perfectly and the roll was soft and flavorful. My dad ordered a strip steak and eggs. He said, "it was okay, it's kind of tough". A medium rare steak should never be tough. My mom ordered two eggs, breakfast potatoes, and toast. She enjoyed the eggs and toast, but said the potatoes were awful. I had some with my sandwich and I have to agree with her. They were bland and dry. Overall, I thought the food was pretty good, but the service was substandard. Our server was super unattentive. Eating and socializing behind the bar was more of a priority than checking on her tables. I was still generous enough to tip 20%. Pickup and delivery are both available. Unfortunately, there was a strong cold draft at floor level, leaving our feet uncomfortably cold throughout the meal. The hostess was sweet and greeted us with a smile. The food service was unremarkable. Our waiter was not particularly friendly nor personable. The drinks were a weak start. The red sangria was poor. The bourbon cocktail was an odd mix of bourbon, apple cider, and other elements--an awkward, Frankenstein-style whiskey sour that simply didn't work. Worst of all, both drinks were served in thin plastic cups, which immediately cheapened the entire experience. I ordered the falafel sandwich and specifically requested a toasted bun. It arrived not just room temperature, but cold. I sent it back, and it returned burning hot... the bottom soggy... literally too hot to pick up... with no browning or color change, clearly microwaved. Microwaving is not toasting. At that point, the sandwich was inedible. I removed the bun entirely and ate just the falafel, which was dry and largely tasteless. At this point I knew coming back to this restaurant was a mistake. Food timing was another issue. The dishes took roughly 45 minutes to arrive after the drinks, possibly longer. We were all getting annoyed and what started out well when we first walked in turned negative. I wasn't impressed on my first visit years ago... and this second visit confirmed it. Between the poor drinks, cheap plastic cups, ridiculously long wait (with no explanation nor apology), and careless food execution, there's no reason to return.

SHOUTOUT TO NADIA MY SERVER. SHE'S A REAL 1…read more First off: This is my first time to a Waffle House! For whatever reason, I've tried twice before, but life had other plans. But I'm glad that I ate Waffle House at what I perceive to be the right time: after 10PM. Having never ordered here, I have seen some YouTube videos on some epic meals. I decided for a Jalapeno Cheesesteak Hashbrown Bowl with sausage gravy, and since I am at the House of Waffle --- a half regular/half chocolate chip waffle as well. Nadia couldn't have been any nicer! I told her it was my first time, and she was so gracious and kind. A few hiccups but she corrected her course quickly. Quick shoutout to Eli the hashbrown jedi. I was sitting in a booth and in about 6-7 minutes, he made at least 8-10 rounds of crispy golden mounds for everyone in the establishment, and each hashbrown looked just as good as the previous. He's a pro. I recall visiting some Waffle Houses in Lancaster and even Ohio, and I didn't like the ambiance; however, this one is clean! At least at 10PM on a Thursday it was clean and staffed with excellent workers. My food was so delicious. That hashbrown bowl came with two servings of potatoes, eggs scrambled perfectly, and that thick sausage gravy to make everything into one delicious bite. I wanted a spicy kick --- and they topped it off with grill jalapenos? What magic is this?? Oh, now onto the waffle --- not too thick and not too thin. Perfect consistency. Typically a purist, but I appreciated the half chocolate chip experiment. 5/5. 10/10. I'm so glad Nadia, Eli, and Waffle House - Bethlehem was my first impression of this business. Will repeat!

Unfortunately, I forgot to write my servers name down, but she was very friendly, very helpful, and she checked in on me periodically. Waffle House is famously open 24/7. And in fact, FEMA uses what they call a "waffle House scale Green (Open, Full Menu): Minimal to no structural damage. The area has power and the community's infrastructure is largely intact.... Yellow (Open, Limited Menu): Moderate infrastructure disruptions. The restaurant is operating on backup generator power or has low food supplies.... Red (Closed): Severe damage. This indicates catastrophic conditions, massive power outages, unsafe roads, or structural damage to the restaurant itself The restaurant has a nice "diner vibe" on the inside. Are you gonna be getting Michelin star cuisine ? Of course not. Are you gonna be getting delicious, good old-fashioned stick to your ribs American food? You're darn right..... They have a decent sized menu, but I decided to go with the basics. A "firework waffle, two eggs, and hashbrowns. The great thing about the hashbrowns, is you can add to them, with an absolutely amazing number of combinations. I had mine smothered. (with sautéed onion.), covered (with cheese,) diced (with tomatoes", and. Capped , (with mushroom.). These are not your normal restaurant hashbrowns they use high-quality dehydrated, hashbrowns, which rehydrated on site. The cheese was American cheese, which was perfect for the hash brown and the onions, tomatoes, and mushrooms provided a nice "pop" of flavor, to counteract the richness of the cheese As it says in their name, their specialty is the waffle. It was crispy. Flavorful, and rich. instead of milk, they use half-and-half, and they have a special proprietary waffle mix, that is made for waffle House, and waffle House only. I could definitely taste the quality of the waffle. The "firework candy", on top was fun, and the sweetness did not overtake the waffle. they played very well with each other. There was also a small dollop of whipped cream on the top Their coffee is great, and my eggs were absolutely perfect. The prices are extremely reasonable, and they also offer a military/veterans discount. I wish they were in California. The fact that they are not makes it such a treat. The next time I find one, I will be there. Thank you.
