2 for $5 from the Mix and Match menu at Dairy Queen.
Elizabeth S.

I had not been to Dairy Queen in years, but after a hike on a very hot day, it sounded amazing. I ordered a small Hot Fudge Sundae and regular Fries. Just what I needed and then was surprised to pay only $5.41, as apparently these items were from the 2 for $5 Mix and Match menu. Service was great and the place was clean!

YES! YES! If you need an ice cream, Sunday, or a shake, you need to go to Dairy Queen. Plus right now they you can get 2 Cheeseburgers for $5 or two Double Cheeseburger for $7. Great deal! I got the chocolate dip cone, amazing. My husband got the Reese Pieces Cookie Dough Shake, and my daughter got the Mint Oreo shake. It was all so yummy! The customer service was excellent. The young man that helped us was so kind and friendly. Can't wait for another visit.

10/8/24- So happy to visit our new DQ! Drive- thru was a little busy- but the wait was quick.. While in line I did get the DQ app! Went with the small hot fudge and DQ sandwiches..(freeze for a later snack).. They are open til 10 pm-.. Nice landscaped front ..

Quality/Quantity - I am not your typical customer anymore. I rarely eat "fast food" unless I am with others and that is what they chose. But I wanted to support you and you sent me some coupons. So today I came in and got a chocolate (cherry available also) dipped soft serve cone. Sorry, no picture. Atmosphere - Decent size location. Both indoor and outdoor seating. Drive thru is also available. Curbside pick up. Mobile orders, etc. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 10pm (drive thru). The lobby closes 1 hour earlier. Service - The cashier was very professional and patient. The customer in front of me had 4 kids aged 1, 2, 3 and 4. And they were out of control, throwing tantrums, crying, fighting, laying on the floor, etc. I felt bad for the young mother as the kids continued to act out of control... The guys behind me finally said something... Needless to say, this place is kid friendly; great job cashier! Price - Inexpensive, thanks to the coupons. Thank you. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1940 with our 11k+ worldwide locations, and this two-week brand new location. I know you are a franchise location; support local! 1940 Founded. 1953 First Canadian store. 1987 Bought Orange Julius. 1998 Acquired by Berkshire Hathaway.

Who does not like the best ice cream in the world. Walking with opening the door with the human size D.Q. spoon.I think you can see I love their ice cream. Their blizzards have so many flavors that you can find the right one. Another favorite is a small cone. As plain as they come with so much flavor. I even buy off their food menu. D.Q.'s lunch deal is a great deal. They are friendly as you walk in. Their service is efficient. Their waiting area getsa littlee crowded at peek times. The bright colors are refreshing. I could go here almost every day of the week. Yes, wonderful!

Two burgers split so we could try each

Just tried the new Dairy Queen in South Reno. We picked up an order to go. We decided to split the burgers so that we could try two types. Both were small, dry and no lettuce and a tiny slice of tomato. I can get better burgers and several other locations in town. These were nothing special. And the bacon was mostly fat with little meat. I like the location because it is close to the parks and sport fields. It was clean inside and better to go in and pick up than wait in a line of 7 cars. We did not want to go when they first opened because we tried but it was just too busy. Not sure I will order food again here but we will come back and try the deserts that Dairy Queen in known for. We like to splurge with the grandkids and what better time than after a baseball game. I will update my review next time in.

Miyabi is a great place for Al la carte sushi in the sea of all you can eat sushi places in Reno…read more The chirashi is always so satisfying. A variety of fish over a bed of sushi rice. Complete joke for the price…read more I frequent sushi spots all over and stopped in here because of a work trip, and honestly it was a massive disappointment. I ordered two rolls, the negi toro roll and the fire ocean roll. I literally have pictures of both because the rice to fish ratio is a complete joke for what they are charging you. It was basically a giant mountain of rice with a tiny sliver of fish hidden inside. The food could have been salvageable but the service was also bad. I was given two sushi rolls with no soy sauce plate, no chopsticks and no napkins. I had to sit there staring at my food while it sat warm on the table. I also ordered edamame and it's a miracle that you can dry something out by steaming it. It was completely shriveled and uneditable. To top it all off, none of the hosts or waitresses paid attention to me for an extended period of time so I talked to the sushi chefs that spoke no english to help me. 5 stars to them because they actually tried to help me out when the rest of the staff ignored me, but unfortunately it doesn't really help the restaurant. Save your money and go somewhere else.

BJ's never disappoints. There are many food items to choose from and the service is always great…read more We love sitting in the bar section and luckily we were able to get a booth. I had the Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos, served with Black Beans and Chips and the Tacos had this really tasty Coleslaw. My husband's plate came with a mini Pizookie, so we shared it. It's served warm with Ice Cream. It was good, although way too sweet for me. By the way, our Server Jessie was awesome.

Let me start off by saying this was a very, very disappointing visit. We got there at 4:30pm,…read moreloads of open tables. The young hostess sat at the table, put the menus on the table and walked away.. My wife and I proceeded to sit there for a solid 20 minutes, during these 20 minutes six additional tables were seated around us. They all had their waters taken to them. Some of them placed their orders and some of them received their water and their drink orders and their food orders within that 20 minutes, we sat there waiting for our waitress, our waiter to come take our order. Finally, we got up and went back to the hostess desk and asked the hostess if she could find the manager she asked her a problem and I said yeah we haven't received any service since you saw us and she goes. Oh where did I see you're at and let me tell you we were out in the middle right by where she was standing seating all the other people. She went on to find her manager, which took exactly 11 more minutes because she could not find the manager. When he did show up, clearly, he must've been outside because he came in with sunglasses on his head. He introduced himself he said what can I do for you? I want to explain to him how we sat for 20 minutes and no one waited at us and we waited another 11 minutes to speak to him clearly there's some issues with customer service. He tried to offer us to buy us dinner and try to make it up to us, which was very honorable the sad part about all this is they weren't that busy and there was waitresses and waiters all around us and no one took the time to find out why we were sitting there and not being helped. The top it all off the hostess who is young is just stupid. She's young and dumb and stupid. Clearly BJ's brewhouse needs to do a lot more training with their customer service in the front of house. this was a horrible experience and I will tell you that we'll probably never go back to BJ's brewhouse again. I really can't say anything bad about the food cause we didn't get anything. We didn't even get a glass of water so I will tell you this there are a lot better options in Reno Nevada than BJ's brewhouse.
