I wouldn't even give them 1 star! This is the second time I've had a order wrong. The first time they offered to make it right by replacing my order. The second time they offered to make it right by giving me a refund and then the manager called me and told me she made my burger and knows she got it right, and I had to bring the food back to get a refund. I was already on my way there and I wasn't turning around to go get the food then going all the way back to republic!! My husband also has Covid and has already opened his burger so to be safe I did not take the food back. This is not the right way to run a business or make your customers happy! So the manager of this store could stand to work with employees on accuracy and customer service. Ordered 2 blizzards, same flavor, added chocolate chips to one of them. Not that difficult. When we finally got up to the window I asked the employee the total. After the employee gave me the total I asked why it was over a dollar higher than it should be. She replied it was because of the added chocolate chips. Ok I can deal with that I suppose. Have never had food poisoning before, my child and i had only eaten out here ALL weekend, and have been throwing up from both ends since Saturday, we ate here friday night. No No stay far away from this joint.... I love Dairy Queen but this one is run by like 2 people cause there never busy. Last time I went there drive trough the person that took my money looked so dirty and greasy it must have been the cook. I remember getting my Change and the bills even had Grease on them.
