I went to wendy's about 30 mins ago and they messed up my sandwich it was supposed to be #10 then they gave me #9 and so i called up there and asked them to fix my order and they did, but when i got my sandwich it tasted weird and wasn't all the way done right or something but anyways i ate half of it and eventually just threw it out, and then i started eating my fries and i felt a piece of hair in my mouth . Going to Wendy's is a real treat because we live in a small community car away from Springfield. We look forward to our trips to town and love to grab a bite at Wendy's! Yesterday, my 95 year old Uncle and Aunt went there. It was freezing cold inside. While ordering, the girl that went from the food area to get more dollar bills went right back to the food without washing her hands! YUCK!! This is a very basic rule in the Food Business! Ordered a chicken sandwich "w/o mayo" at the drive-through on 8/10/15 around 6pm. The screen and receipt confirmed my order. My mom and dad are in their 80's, Wendy employees are coming up to my parents and asking them to help them. The first girl said she had no car, my parents sold her a car. The second woman told them she had no food at home. They took her to Wal-Mart and bought her food. The third one puts her hands on my father's shoulder for over 10 min talks to my dad and ignores my mother like she isn't there. My parents eat there almost every day. This has to stop, I'm afraid for my parents. What kind of business let's their employees ask customer's for good and transportation. Please stop this. The Double Cheeseburger came with hair. Went to this location 1 year ago and will never ever go back. The burger my friend ordered came with pubes or armpit hair mangled in it. So unbelievably gross..haven't been to a Wendy's since. Manager blindly looked upon the burger and said where's it at? He eventually saw what couldn't be missed. Good god. Best part was them trying to refund only the hair burger. I said ummm NO I'd like a full refund. The Jessica that may or may not still work here, (hopefully not) was very rude, spaced out, and she most definitely didn't know what she was doing. She didn't give us the correct change.
