This DQ does not have grape. I get my once a year Grape Mr. Mysti or Arctic Rush freeze. I decided to try the new Churro Cone. This is so unfavorable and tastes like wax. Ordered a L blizzard, M blizzard, large order of cheese curds, and regular order of onion rings. Received 2 melted blizzards and one order of cheese curds and no onion rings after waiting 10-15 minutes. Cost $30. It's not worth it to go to this (or maybe any?) Dairy Queen anymore. read more

Honestly severely disappointed in the management/owner of this particular Dairy Queen I went in and got helped by a wonderful employee, and then the poor employee was basically berated by another customer for something completely out of their control while the so called owner just stood there and said absolutely nothing to stop the mistreatment of her employees. Ordered two blizzards. We were able to watch them make it while waiting at the window and I could not be more disgusted. One employee pulled a dirty rag to wipe the counter and then wiped herself with it. Then she proceeded to hand the same towel to the kid making the ice cream so he can wipe the ice cream that was dripping over the sides. Not only that, the kid had placed the spoon on the same dirty towel. The same spoon he stuck into the cup of ice cream. Would give zero stars if possible. read more

This Dairy Queen is possibly one of the worst Dairy queens, At least in the suburbs of the Twin Cities. Since I live VERY close to this Dairy Queen it should be my first choice. this is why it is my last choice. I have worked at Dairy Queen for about a year and a half in the past, I would like to say I am pretty knowledgeable about how long everything should take. This Dairy Queen has possibly one of the longest wait times I have ever experienced 20-30 minutes to MAYBE get the right thing, and if you do get the right blizzard, its all melted. When you look through the drive through windows, it is just a bunch of people walking around on their phones or chatting amongst themselves. I get that this is a great place to have a first job and get working experience. but how should we continue supporting this Dairy Queen when it is slow, poorly managed, and the employees are just downright rude. like we were sitting at the window waiting for our food and the guy asks in a demeaning tone "why haven't you left". so far he is the only employee that strikes me as an overall bad attitude. read more

I admit my DQ standards are pretty low after living in the Twin Cities these last 4 years but this one is pretty rough. Rolled up to the drive thru when the line was exactly long enough to stretch from window to ordering station. After a few minutes we were finally able to place our order. TWENTY THREE MINUTES LATER we get our order in hand. The order consists of 1 burger meal (with soda) and 1 chocolate malt. Had to ask for the soda since they forgot to give it to us on their own. Malt was thankfully not melted but was light on the chocolate and poorly blended. Run, don't walk, to literally anywhere else. You'll probably get your food and ice cream faster if you milk the cow yourself and make the ice cream from scratch at home. read more

One of the slowest drive-thru's I've experienced. But it does make me wonder if they make the food fresh...? Questionable. The hot chicken strips were good but be careful ordering the "basket" because they layer the saucy strips on top of your fries, which is highly disappointing if you wanted those delicious DQ fries. I also ordered some ice cream and you could tell that was the first thing they made because after they finally brought my food, I had a layer of gross soup on top. These kids that work there don't have a clue. There was a car waiting at the window with two high school kids. I, as well as two other cars behind were kept waiting for 15 minutes while the employees were chatting and goofing around with the kids at the window. They were cursing in front of customers yelling about how they wish people would stop showing up 15 minutes before they were closed. The staff were all arguing with each other. Not coming back. When I was leaving a dad and his to young kids came in before it was closed were turned away much to the disappointment of the children. Also the sign says open even after it's closed. read more

So it's a Friday night. I pull up knowing it closes at 10 pm. It was 9:40. I was going to order a couple of blizzards. It's been a long week and it sounded good. As soon as I pulled up, I got someone from the speaker saying they were closed. I'm not one to argue hours because it is likely for me to end up with spit in my ice cream. So I pull around to leave and I see this minivan parked by the drive thru talking to someone working the drive through. A customer, brought his sandwich back and said he got the wrong one and employee argued with him and had even the receipt with correct meal on it. Employee showed no customer service. I ordered and another employee gave my food to someone else. A group of high school males came in, and employees started conversations with them, ignoring everyone else. I wanted to give ZERO stars, but it wouldn't let me. Today (6/3/17) is by far the worst service I've ever received at a Dairy Queen, or any other restaurant of this type for that matter. The children "running" this place are incompetent and pay ZERO attention to the customers that aren't their friends. I waited nearly 20 minutes for a chicken strip basket, while watching 3 of the cashier's friends place and receive orders before I received mine. I would have waited even longer, had I not approached them for my food. And even when I did, the response was "what did you order?". Seriously? I had been standing in front of the counter since I ordered. There is clearly no management or any form of leadership at this establishment and it's suffering because of it. I am LIVID. This dairy queen is on some bullshit, not only did they used to be 24 hrs and now they close at 10, I GOT THERE AT 9:52 and THEY WERE CLOSED! Whole inside was dark and not one car was in the parking lot. My boyfriend and I got in a fight and I was just tryna get a nice small crunch blizzard to feel better but FUCKING DAIRY QUEEN WASN'T THERE FOR ME WHEN I NEEDED IT MOST! The one thing that I can usually count on to be there for me and support me in everything I do even when I know I'm over my sugar limit for the day, Dairy Queen is supposed to have my back and lemmie know that ITS OKAY to eat an extra blizzard once in awhile and to love myself no matter what.
