I ordered door dash 2 different times and both times was disappointed in the food. the first time I ordered a salad, all the lettuce was brown. last week I ordered a Angle food cake blizzard with extra angel food. This DQ has really gone down hill from all my memories for more than 60 years. Very long times to get served. Floors are not clean, loose paper and trash on the floors. Wow. Reading reviews on this thread from 2016 and it's as if they were describing my experience from 1 hour ago. This franchise location must be the least cared for in the country, as year over year trends indicate that corporate does NOT care who runs this establishment. We waited 40 minutes for 4 blizzards. The "staff" was lackadaisical about all orders... the order tickets were so long they were touching the floor. I also witnessed the manager scream at a customer saying "WHAT DO YOU WANT!!" when they inquired about the time it would take to get through the line. My family and I have been on lake wawasee for 50 years. DQ was our summer go to spot... never again. It's dirty (flies everywhere), the staff is mean, the blizzards were MELTED (they didn't flip them over, so I drank the soup) and you'll watch the sun go down before you leave.... Moving my business to Joe's Ice cream from now on... Never again DQ. See ya! read more

As Dairy Queen's go, this one was pretty good! Can't speak for the food, but the ice cream treats were tasty! I had a blizzard and my husband a cone and both were great and as expected. There was a line, but it moved at a decent speed for a Friday night. My only suggestion would be to not put a lid on top of the blizzard. At least without asking. It's a waste and it makes a mess. We were eating in the car so it was an unnecessary add. But the blizzard was yummy! Hard to go wrong with Oreos! read more

Couldn't get in at 2:30 pm. No signage stating no inside service, but had operation hours on the door. A waste of my time stopping there.

I Was not happy this holiday weekend going to Dairy Queen; she was simply mean! This DQ is in Syracuse. I don't understand the one star reviews. Went here last night through drive thru and yes mine was long but I also understand like other businesses they are short staffed. Our ice cream was delicious, I had a vanilla cone dipped in chocolate and the chocolate tasted way better than I have had at other DQs. Nice and thick coating . I get to the drive thru at Dairy Queen. Cars in front of me and cars behind me. I'm pinned in. No one answers at the order box. I wait in line for thirty minutes. Where to begin...Without a close second this location is the absolute worst DQ I have ever had the displeasure to visit. In fact, it may be the worst fast food location on the planet. The restaurant is completely filthy. The men's room had black mold, flies, and a container full of collected urine placed under the urinal. (Which I am pretty sure is at least 1 health code violation.) Absolutely disgusting. There was also leaking water from the freezer cases all over the floor in the dining area, as well as more flies than I cared to attempt to count. As for the service...no better rating. Every single thing we ordered was wrong. The ice cream cake did not have the writing we asked for, and when the manager (more on him later) took the cake in back to fix it, he clearly had set in on something warm as it had begun to melt quite quickly. We ordered a chocolate cone and were served a vanilla one. When we brought this to the managers attention, he pointed at the young girl working the register and said "that's her fault." This manager was extremely unprofessional. He was openly ranting about how tired he was of his employees, among other things. His appearance was dirty and sloppy. Decided to go through the drive through. There was at least ten people behind and in front of us. Every person who ordered had to wait at least ten to fifteen minutes to receive even the simplest of orders. When finally we got to the menu I ordered the Mushroom Swiss with extra, extra, extra mushrooms so that they would get the point for the last time I ordered a Mushroom Swiss here, they did not add mushrooms. I ended up paying two dollars extra for the mushrooms. When I finally got my burger, they hadn't added mayonnaise and there was only one mushroom. EXTREMELY PISSED...
