place is terrible, how they're still open and operating is beyond me. Went in for a Big Mac and a chicken nugget meal. Nuggets were cold and looked like they've been sitting for hours. waited for 30 minutes. trash all over the tables, employees laying down in the lobby. If all the ordering is supposed to happen through the kiosks then cups should be easily obtainable or a person making sure you get your drinks should be somewhere close. Customer service isn't a priority at this location, ignoring the counter and waiting customers is where they excel. It was however clean. I ordered a a deluxe quarter pounder meal with no pickle and I got the total opposite of what I wanted. I only got ketchup and mustard and onion and the only thing I wanted removed from the deluxe was no pickle then I asked for a root beer and I got a Dr Pepper instead I did not receive no receipt because the lady did not give me one don't go here they don't know how to take an order. Also, if they don't know how to take an order, why are they working? There are used to work at Burger King and that one's more complicated for a register than McDonald's, and I'm even from out of town I don't even live around there I was just visiting so this is pretty sad and pathetic read more

Their generic ketchup is absolutely disgusting! Very little tomato flavor and very bitter tasting. Their quality ingredients keeps decreasing while their prices increase. I'm done with McDonald's, from now on it's Culvers. I can get an extremely fresh quality meal at Culver's now for the same price I pay at McDonalds. read more

This is our local McDonalds and most of the experiences have been unpleasant. We've resorted to going to other McDonalds in neighboring towns due to poor service. The food is often old, and the employees never seem to have a decent mood; except for the morning crew. I would say quite the opposite of them. read more

Honestly this location needs to just be shut down or completely re-staffed. Says it's 24 hours and I've gone a few times between the hours of 10-11:30 and the staff will literally be sitting outside in a group smoking or PLAYING around inside the lobby (the windows are see through if they didn't realize ) and ignore the drive through. One time though they did have the decency to very rudely say "we're not open" through the drive through, so there's that.. Contacted corporate, was told they were going to reach out but honestly it won't change anything. This location should be rated #1 worst McDonalds in the world. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would, but I guess they can have one the ice cream maker does work not broken at the moment! But at night these guess do not want to work they say "cash only" every single night after 9-10pm if they don't mess your order up you got lucky 9 out of 10 times they do, they'll microwave everything down to the frys!! Ligonier McDonald's is the worst. The people that work their are rude and they always get the orders wrong. A few weeks ago we got quarter pounders that were cold and the meat was raw in the middle had to take it back and get more. And for the last two weeks every time we get burgers they give us the wrong ones had to take them back for the right ones. Then a rude worker told my husband to quit whining and eat the burgers they gave him. My husband said no I want the burgers I paid for they got mad because they had to fix the order. Then a few days ago I ordered a Carmel iced coffee they gave me a iced coffee with cream and no Carmel. Had to take that back and my husband ordered a soda and they did not put no ice in it we had make them put ice in it. I will never eat here again . The place needs to be closed down. read more

Horrible and disgusting its a complete waste of time. They always get shut down then they fire people and do the exact same thing they did before. They are always hiring and its because instead of fixing the actual problem they fire all the good people.The order is always getting mixed up and its cold no one wants a cold burger for their lunch break. Took 11 min for 3 regular cheeseburgers. Cold cheese, 2x the onions. Tables and booths were all dirty. Lots of staff standing around behind the counter, no apology or explanation why they were so slow. 2 stars for not making me sick. read more
