Burger was Luke warm and seemed like it was not made fresh. Ordered to eat in and they gave it to me in a sack for carry out. No ice in either soft drink dispenser. Took grandkids there for dinner. Order was $42 for grandparents and two 6 and 8 yr old grandkids. I had not eaten at McDonalds in years. Ordered Quarter pounder and large fries. Hamburger ok, but fries....for all four of us...very bad. Not hot, no flavor, and very limp....soggy. picked up a fry...and it would sag....about 90 degrees. The managers there are extremely rude. One time my boyfriend went in to get my meal fixed and instead of fixing it the manager rolled her eyes at him and walked away. Yesterday I felt bad for the guy working cause it was so busy and people were getting angry and going in to get their food or leaving, we waited maybe 5 minutes so didn't seem like a big deal our order was fine but after I ate half of it and it started to taste off, I noticed the meat in my burger was very undercooked, I know some people enjoy rare/medium rare and most of the time it doesn't bother me but for some reason I felt instantly sick after seeing how bright pink it was. The vibe there is no good either, the poor employees seem so on edge and unhappy to be there, they would have better service if they had nicer managers and they wouldn't be rushing so bad that the food is undercooked. read more

If I could give less than a star I would. I have tried numerous times to give them the benefit of the doubt. They have not gotten an order right once. This time it was supposed to be a double filet of fish. First is was a single. Second there was almost no tartar sauce on it and to kick it off there was like a sliver of cheese. I have literally never been so disappointed by a restaurant, first off they don't answer the phones, but we ordered a meal for our daughter my husband and myself... his McRib was missing an entire bun, my Big Mac didn't even have sauce! This is going to be a bold statement but this is singlehandedly the worst McDonalds I've ever been to in my life. That's saying a lot since we are talking about McDonalds after all. I am shocked that the owner/franchisee if still able to operate and keep their license. Whoever the regional manager is should be fired as well for continuing to let this dumpster fire rage out of control. Let's take a look at some of the delights you can expect from this place. -Looking to wait 15 minutes for a coffee when there's 2 cars in front of you at the drive through? Check. -Want a cold cheeseburger with a rock hard stale bun and cold fries? Check. -Feeling a made to order Egg McMuffin at 2PM and get a reheated one from 6AM instead? Check. -In the mood for a COMPLETELY melted ice cream cone on a hot summer day? Check. -Do you want to order 4 meals for a carload of people, wait 20 minutes, only to get 4 wrong orders of cold food? Check. -Got a craving for a coffee at 8AM only to find out that they RAN OUT of coffee? Although I had to wait on my food and I was given a 4 piece with no fries when I ordered a happy meal, my fries were fresh and the staff were very friendly! The front door was open. My son and I were there and I'm wheelchair enabled. Guy lounging I the back says the lobby isn't open! We were on foot and needed a Coke, a tea, and two burgers. The only thing worse that the food is the service. Drive thru orders are a real gamble. Chances are good your order is wrong. Either the food is made incorrectly or you don't get what you requested. If made correctly it will not be hot. Safe bet... large Coke, they haven't messed that up yet. Restaurant is currently being remodeled. Too bad they are fixing something that wasn't broke. The employees are always forgetting your order before you even get to the first Window even after they take your receipt to "confirm your order" and don't give the receipt and on my last order my kids were looking forward to eating a delicious 20 piece chicken nugget they FORGOT them and we didn't have the receipt so we could not get it.the McDonald's is not bad its just who's working a lot of the time.but otherwise they sometimes get the order just right so it's not horrible. read more

I hardly ever write a review but this is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. 15 minute food wait with wife and 2 kids. Didn't order a lot either, only ones inside the place and only a few vehicles going through the drive through. So while waiting we get our drink cups. No ice in one machine and got lucky enough to get a bit out the other. No ketchup cups for the ketchup, no napkins, and no lids for our drink cups. So as we are looking around an employee comes over and what does she stock?? Straws!! And then walks away. At this point dumbstruck laughing, we get our food and sit down. Cold fries which I had seen sitting on the warmer for the past 10 to 15 minutes on my tray, wife's bacon egg cheese had no cheese on it and no scrambled egg but the egg from an egg McMuffin. Daughters egg McMuffin had no cheese either but the scrambled eggs were on her sandwich. Sons happy meal fries had maybe 4-5 fries in it. I get it, it's a jr size fry but really. Took both sandwich's back up to which they got right second time but were mostly cold. I went up to ask for some napkins and was given..,,,2 whopping napkins. I couldn't believe it all I could do is just laugh. On the way out the door all trash cans were topped off. So with no one in the lobby, very few people coming through drive through, apparently they were all too busy talking, throwing things, and cussing to actually do the work they are getting paid for. Was truly a case McDonald's of you get what you pay for. I just hope that the almost full cup of water I left on top of the trash heap can fall on whomever plays Rock Paper Scissors and loses to have to take it out the trash and spills all over them to cap off their pathetic service. read more

You have got to be kidding me. We went there for breakfast after church...it wasn't that busy. We got there at 12:05 at 12:45 I still hadn't had two breakfast meal deals. As I'm standing there I'm watching everyone at the drive-through get their orders thrown right out the window at them. So I said to the girl...why are the orders going out the window and why are we not getting ours? The manager told me, "go F*** yourself" after I told her I had heard enough of her cussing at her employees. Alicia was her name. Screaming at teenagers who were trying to move as fast as they could. Telling them to "hurry the f*** up". I am in utter disbelief that a manager in customer service used the F bomb on me. She quickly denied it happened when we asked for our money back and went as far to say "I'm allowed to treat my employees bad." This is NOT something I can make up. Everyone in the restaurant heard her tell me to go "f*** myself", including the poor employees working under her who were quietly asking each other, "did she just tell that lady to F*** herself." When the little 12 year old boy whom you employ behind the counter handed me a microscopic bag, I did protest, claiming that lo, this miniscule baby bag could not possibly contain the food which I had orderth! He assured me that yon bag was most certainly my midday fare and that I should scurry on thither, as there was a line behind me.
