It's bright and inviting. The owner Shah was behind the counter, working away. He was so pleasant and you can tell he REALLY enjoys his work. The Machine with Bacon Nashville Hot Chicken with Cheese Jalapeno Poppers Onion Rings Chocolate & Vanilla Twist Ice Cream The burgers were so flavorful and tender. The bacon strips were delicious. We had two pieces of each appetizer to try and I must say I LOVED the jalapeno poppers. They paired very well with the Factory sauce. I was pretty stuffed but I finished off my meal with a chocolate vanilla twist cone topped with caramel drizzle. Perfection. I had an absolute stellar experience at Burger Factory Whitby. Megabites are basically chicken tenders, much, much bigger than something like KFC popcorn chicken. They are great, especially with the creamy jalapeño dip! Only downside are the fries. The fries themselves are good, but you get very view fries in a combo. Also not a fan of the biscuit, also included in the combo. Their biscuits are sweet, very odd. Popeye's biscuits are much better. Next time I'll ask for more fries, no biscuit. But overall, Church's Chicken is pretty great! Much better than KFC.

I remember there was a Church's at Brimley and Sheppard in Scarborough many years ago and then they disappeared, all of them. I'm kinda glad they came back. I was feeling kinda hungry so I ordered their 3pc combo, which included three pieces of their crispy fried chicken, fries, biscuit, and a drink. I opted for a mix of spicy and original recipe, and got two pieces of leg and a huge piece of breast meat. Not bad. As expected, the chicken was hot, fresh, crispy, and delicious!. These pieces had just come out of the fryer and were really good! The biscuit and fries were equally good but the fries were a lot less than anticipated. This particular location has an awkward layout, with the main entrance on the corner of the building, steps away from a busy major intersection. The service counter is angled towards the entrance, which is okay for pedestrian traffic. This layout, however, creates blind spots for most of the dining room and also the entrance to/from the parking lot. The service provided by the two young ladies at the counter was good - friendly and courteous. While I was dining, however, the conversation in the kitchen got rather loud. Very unprofessional and inappropriate. Takeout might have been a better option.

So I asked her which one was supposed to be the diet and she wasn't sure, it took awhile but I finally got her to give me a new DIET one.

If you like chocolate,  get one! This time, mine was cold fudge squeezed out of a bag, and only about a half pump on top because they couldn't squeeze anymore out. Reason for not having actual hot fudge? "We just filled it" . Right.
