Since we're both salted caramel fans, we were sold. Careful when you're looking for it (and you should), since it's got a small sign and the window is on the side of the building. (See pics) We can fully endorse the review that brought us; the salted caramel crunch was absolutely amazing. Steve uses top shelf ingredients and makes his own caramel. The ice cream is smooth and delicious. It's creamy (but not the gooey, mouth coating stuff made by a mega corporation pretending to be Scandanvian). There are chocolate chunks, about 1/8" thick, probably made from the quality chocolate that they use for other flavors. It's like home made if the person at home was an expert chef. The chocolate chip cookie dough tasted like real cookie dough and had small bites of their homemade cookies mixed throughout, though I do wish the chunks were bigger.
