Everyone was active. No one was standing around. They were eager to assist. The toppings offered were fresh, well stocked, and organized. Our go-to is the Philly steak and cheese or the Big Kahuna with steak or chicken. The bread is always fresh. Their beverage offerings include Pepsi products from a fountain, as well as brewed iced tea and bottled drinks. The management team at this location knows how to run a successful business.

I asked the waitress to take the entire meal back. The smell had ruined my appetite. I DO NOT ever send food back. After the food was taken back no manager came to the table to apologize or offer different food or anything. So, i just sat there for the rest of everyone's meal and not one other person talked to me. Then when we paid our bill, since we were two families together with separate tabs they still put gratuity on it. The rest of the table had their own issues with their food. We used to love this restaurant, but it has gone way downhill. We will not be back.

It's just disappointing how the industry has dropped its quality and service since 2019, pre-covid. Now they blame it on short staffed, no supplies, or whatever. We need accountability.
