Traveled from Georgia to Virginia stopped at Hardee's in Dunn NC. Ordered two meals the same Chicken Sandwich , Fries , soda. the chicken sandwich bun was flat and soggy the chicken was cold. my best guess made in advance and was old. we got it because we were traveling and ordered to go. the fries were stone cold this food was garbage and was thrown away. this Hardee's owes me for this garbage. This place sucks two days in a row and my order is messed up like who manag this place cause they definitely not doing a good job

The first thing was they have onion rings on the menu, and the cashier said oh, we changed our menu. We don't have onion rings no more. Not all that big of a deal but when I placed my order, I said thank you. The lady just turned around and walked away. I noticed she did the same thing with the next customer. When I picked up my order, I said thank you again and no response. I think the first thing should be done in training is manners. The place was dirty. It has flies flying around.... The hours online as well as on the drive thru window says this location is 24hrs but clearly its not! It is 10pm on a Wednesday and we drive through the drive thru and no one answers so we pull up to the window and see employees inside the building cleaning and turning off the lights and what appears to be the manager is mouthing something to us instead of coming to the window and explain why they couldn't serve us. read more

I got the super star or famous star or whatever it's called double burger combo. Only cheese and ketchup. Medium size with a tea. My fiancée got a tenders combo with a coke. The lady was so nice and accidentally cleared our order. She quickly apologized and put it back without even having to ask what it was. The food was all hot and the grease used was clearly fresh. Best Hardee's experience I've had in at least 10 years. Sanitation score is 93.5 but I guess that's what it needs to be for the food to be good XD read more

One star is being generous. I stopped here this morning thru the drive thru because were under stay at hone. Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru with only one car in front of me. What a disgrace. This was one of the worst fast food experiences I've had. I was in the drive thru and no one greeted me or asked me to give them a moment in a polite way. After sitting there for about 3-4 minutes...I spoke by saying "excuse me" . The worker rudely said, "just hold on one moment". This was a raised eyebrow moment. The lack of courtesy and professionalism ruffled my feathers. I waited as i wanted a milkshake badly and she took my order. I asked for a shake...she writes me a total and that was it. Still no greeting....didn't ask me if i cared for anything else....just gave me my total. I pulled up and the total was presented again....no hello. I handed the young lady mu card, she took it and walked off. Someone else came to the window with my shake (it was running all over the side of cup) with NO napkins and SHE DIDN'T SPEAK EITHER. I said thank you as I received it and she turn and walked off without saying anything...hmmmm. The lady that i gave my card to, came back with receipt and card and still said NOTHING.... Friendly staff. Food is right. I only gave two stars because I really wish they'd do something about their fly problem. I was here a while back when it was warm and there were so many flies I didn't stop here until last winter. I only remembered it when I came in again this morning. I've noticed several fast food chains have a fly problem in the truck stop locations comparing to the other locations. UPDATE, they did get my order wrong. They forgot my hash browns and I don't have time to go back in. This place is always busy in the morning. I was wanting Hardee's hash browns as I walked back to the truck and left.
