Bad out of ice cream, chicken dumplings, employees too busy on phones to take care of customers

We were really disappointed in the service the cleanliness of the restaurant and the employees were so poor at customer service it was pathetic. The first item we ordered was a banana split and were informed "we have no bananas and out of strawberry topping" so we then ordered a dipped cone and were informed it will be awhile because we're cleaning the chocolate bucket" so jut a cone and a soft drink oh and by the way our ice machine is broken so no ice! They need a ramrod manager to go in and clean house in every way including the staff. In short I will never bother to bring the grandkids or myself back to this store again. read more

By far the worst DQ I've been too. They guy on the speaker was rude and literally got annoyed because I guess he couldn't understand I just wanted a side of toast along with my tacos. I know that's an odd side for tacos but that's besides the point. Also the meat on the tacos looks like it sat overnight without being refrigerated and it seems like they just microwaved it. It was so dry and almost black. It's so bad that I decided to download the app Yelp, create an account, and let others know how terrible that place is in my opinion. P.S. I just threw the tacos away I'm not even wasting my time trying to get my money back when I can just not go there ever again. read more

The franchise owner of NAC DQ needs to shut the doors in my opinion. Filthy store;ladies room even worse. Husband said Peanut Parfait was good; blizzard was pretty soft. Took order without speaking to us. Went back to counter asked could we have some napkins please. Handed to my husband without a word. Staff were in and out visiting with friend in parking lot. This place is DIRTY. As soon as you walk in the floors are dirty and greasy looking. The womens bathroom smelled of urine. The mens bathroom had human feces wiped on the wall and in the sink. On top of the place being filthy they got our order wrong. We were so grossed out we didn't even bother having them Correct it and just tossed it. read more

Simple on March 2,2022 at 9pm we ordered 2 blizzards, the attitude of the lady at the window was pathetic and unkind. The blizzard was mixed poorly, hardly mixed. This is not the only time we have had this issue. We normally drive from Nacogdoches Texas to Henderson Texas for Dairy Queen because this one is terrible. It was late so we took a chance and stopped. Let's say NEVER AGAIN the wonder must not care and I hope it goes out of business it's a terrible Dairy Queen. It will if they don't increase their standard of the employees actions. The Henderson Texas Dairy Queen is 50 miles from here and worth the drive. place is filthy, workers are so incredibly unsanitary & not friendly. the lady taking orders inside did not greet us or offer to take our order, she stared at us from across the counter at her computer. two different people came in after us & got their food before us & she didn't say a single word to them either. I watched the same lady drop a pickup order on the ground, kick it across the parking lot, pick it up & hand it to the customer???? 0/10 do not recommend dairy queen nacogdoches, I am expecting to wake up w food poisoning tmrw :-( read more

Blizzards! Yum!!! Every time I go here the staff is courteous and efficient. I love the treats. Only problem is that they are often sold out of the best flavors! I guess that just means you have to get there fast or come back regularly to catch the newest treats! read more

Waited in the drive thru for over an hour for a blizzard, only for them to tell me they didn't have the ingredients to make it and were pretty much out of every other flavor as well. It was very evident there was a long line, they should have put a sign out saying they were out of something so people aren't waiting in line for over an hour. Then when I got to the menu to order, the worker was incredibly rude when saying they were out of that blizzard. I get he's probably been telling people that left and right, but don't be rude about it. I would give negative stars if I could. read more

The service was okay. They repeated the right order to me but handed me half of it wrong. Ordered heath bar and Oreos blizzard, they handed me a butterfinger and snickers/whoopers (seriously had no idea what I was given with that one). My kids were devastated. read more

Absolutely disgusting! Filthy filthy filthy. The restaraunt was so dirty, wrappers, cups, napkins, food all over the floor, outdoor tables were so dirty they had black all over them and they were actually red. Melted ice cream, grime, black pea gravel patio with old food everywhere, no trashcan outside. Drink station had splattered sticky syrup all over the floor in front. Bathroom obviously hasn't been cleaned regularly and the odor of urine hit me before I even walked in. No wonder this chain is failing. Took 10 minutes to make a sundae, and 3 blizzards with no one in front of us. Pathetic! read more

SLOWEST SERVICE EVER!!!! Pulled up through the drive thru and placed our order. We pulled up and paid and got our drinks. She then asked us to pull around. The next car was also told to pull around. The person inside took our food to the wrong car and we have been waiting over 30 MINUTES!!!! If we wanted it to wait 30 minutes to get our food we would have went to a sit down restaurant and got way better food for the price went paid for this meal. read more

If I could just put zero stars I would!! I work for a local delivery place and had an order here (unfortunately for me and the customer) and will def never ever be back to this location!! I called to see what time they closed and I still had time before closing to get the order in thru the drive thru. I called & they said they close at 10pm & I couldn't place a pick up order either...VERY rudely I was met with lights off at the drive thru and nobody wanting to take my order.... when I started to yell that it's not 10 pm yet then they spoke to me...Stating very rudely no ice cream due to machines being off (but it still should be open it's not 10pm yet- at all??) total attitude by the girl behind the counter. Customer ended up canceling the order because obviously her whole order WAS this blizzard?! Management needs to be aware of this situation & so does the owner! AT 2:15pm on 8/18/15 Iwent to this restaurant to get some late lunch. this was a bad mistake i ordered the 4pc steak finger basket an it was terrible. The steak fingers was fried hard aan tough an the fries was fried even harder an tough to chew. I threw this mess out an went an bought some chicken from another restaurant.
