Finally made my way back to Clawdaddy's this Saturday evening about 35 mins before closing, and I have to admit it did not disappoint. It was much better this second time i visited. I ordered the boiled crawfish ( this is cajun style) and it was good, just wish it had retained more juice, and also ordered the catfish dinner. It comes with fries ,coleslaw and multiple catfish fillets. And considering they were only 30 mins out or so from closing, it was piping hot and very tasty. The only reason I didn't t give 5 stars was because I asked for the catfish to be fried crispy, and it was NOT.. But otherwise I'm glad I stopped in! read more

Looks like a gas station, but inside is a cute eat-in restaurant. Z took excellent care of us. She was sweet, energetic, and great at customer service. Our group had Fish & Shrimp, Bone-in Wings, and the Popcorn Shrimp platter. Everything was super delicious! My one suggestion would be for them to add horseradish to the "cocktail" sauce. read more

Ordered crawfish from here and was told I'd have to wait an hour. I had a good experience before so I prepaid and went back home for the hour. Went back and had to wait to receive the order from the cabinet in the front after everyone had finished their orders. It wasn't bad until I got home and found out they weren't purged. And some of them had been previously frozen after they were boiled so that was 85$ for 12 lbs down the drain. Maybe that's alright in Texas. In their defense they were very busy. But I'm from Louisiana where we don't cut corners in prep and serve the people the crawfish's lunch. read more

We were lucky to be seated amongst the first diners, and the food was delicious! We had a variety of apps, including the seafood kickers, crab cakes, and cheese sticks. For our entrees we had the fried fish and fried shrimp, and everything was delicious! We'll be back soon! read more

OMG the BEST seafood gumbo I've ever had! Boudin tamales were over the top. Fried catfish was great. Super nice people (owners?) making sure everything is perfect. Servers were delightful! It may be in a converted gas station, but don't be fooled! An outstanding place! Must try! read more

Amazing place! Friendly service from the employee walking in that held the door open for us to the young lady at the counter who was very outgoing and happy. Easy spirit lift for sure. Crawfish Po'boy was amazing, hush puppies were very tasty, could have eaten a dozen easily. Prices were great as well. Quite a nice little hidden gem! read more

Took the family for Sunday lunch. There was something for everyone on the menu. Large portions to satisfy the biggest eater. The hamburger was big and juicy served with a generous amount of fries. There shrimp basket was delicious with an abundance of shrimp. If you want a surprise, try the boudin egg rolls, crunchy with ooey gooey pepper jack cheese. My boyfriend and I enjoy coming here every chance we get. The service is quick and the food is good. Staff is super friendly, checking in to make sure we enjoy everything. It's especially affordable for college students. It's a small spot so get there early if you want a spot to sit. They have indoor and outdoor seating. I love coming here. read more

We shared the big platter, which is plenty of food for two. Service was great, food was well cooked, and we enjoyed the meal.

Our daughter invited us to try this place out. Old filling station but now serves up excellent seafood for a great price. My fried fish platter was exceptional & my grandsons ate the boiled crab, shrimp & crawfish as quickly as their Mom could peal it!! Pickup or seat outside do give them a try!!! read more

My husband and I tried Clawdaddy's for the first time on July 4th. We had the Pepperjack Boudin Balls and two burgers. The food was wonderful, especially the Boudin Balls. The Ambiance was very nice. Extremely clean & customer service was very good. The crawfish was just ok but the texture appeared to be over cooked. The corn on the cob was soft. The boudin balls wasn't very good a little to greasy. I think this business could be a great family gathering place with some minor changes. I will try them again. read more
