Horrible service actually. I go up to the drive through and the dude doesn't even ask if my order is right before charging me and it was in fact not right. I ordered chicken with three blizzards. I check the receipt and they only ringed up two of my three and the girl who brings my food out only brings one. It took her two trips to get everything right and once I check one of the blizzards isn't even the right one. I was trying to polite the whole time cause I'm not trying to yell at some poor kids but they were just rude the whole time while I'm trying to get my order right. I came to this location tonight for dinner and was throughly disappointed first the employee at the register charged me for 2 kids meals when I only ordered 1 and once my order came out 20 minutes later and my wife's burger was missing her bacon not to mention these were the most dry and unappetizing burgers I've ever been served anywhere period. Came out with chocolate syrup instead of chocolate ice cream. Took it back to have them out the chocolate ice cream in the middle rather than syrup and instead they made the 2nd one entirely chocolate ice cream. I ordered 1 dude sandwich, dude combo w/fries (medium fries see picture), kids strip meal, and 4 piece strip meal on a Tuesday at 6:30 in drive-thru. I waited after ordering for 35 mins. My moth is burnt. My tongue is ruined, I wont be able to taste anything for a week. I normaly LOVE the chili dog from dairy queen. The only way I can think of to get a hot dog, chili, cheese, onions AND the box it came in to be that hot Is to microwave it. Explains why the onions are translucent as well. Thats freaking dangerous. Nothing else in the order was cold, but it also wasn't nuclear temperature. I literally had to place it on the floor, when i get home im going to be tossing it. Visited this location today with my family. Very unpleasant staff. You can tell they clearly don't enjoy there job, from the person taking the orders to the people bringing out the orders. Instead of a warm welcoming, it was a "rushed" process after the first item was ordered the young lady was quick with "anything else", when we pulled up to the window she asked "would you like ketchup, salt or pepper" while staring straight at the register. My husband had to ask her if she was talking to him and she just looked at him and made a face (annoyed) and nodded. We were then directed to go wait in the second lane and our food would be brought out. We were approached by a young man with glasses and he was trying to give us an order that was not even ours. When we informed him that wasn't our order he also looked annoyed and started mumbling under his breath and walked to the next vehicle. Eventually the right order came out and was brought out by another employee. Needless to say with the "great customer service" we were greeted with im glad we didn't choose to go in and sit down and eat. The quality of food was decent. Probably won't be returning to this location. Recommendation to management: work with your employees on customer service. read more

Cashier was so rude and treated me like I was stupid my entire ordering experience. I tried to order two sundaes one chocolate and one strawberry and she interrupted me and very rudely made it obvious I should have ordered them separately. Then, I asked for sprinkles on a dipped cone since there was a picture depicting a dipped cone and encouraged you to ask for sprinkles. Yesterday evening, my teen son came to me and asked if I wanted to go with him to get a Blizzard because he had a hankering for one with some fries. I said, "Sure! Let's do it!" and we headed for our local DQ. We ordered, pulled through to Lane 1; had to redirect the young man who was bringing orders out a couple of times ("Nope, sorry... Still not our order... We have Blizzards and fries"); received our Blizzards (finally!) and then had to wait an extra rotation for my son's fries to come out. When the fries were delivered, the young man was clearly over his job. We said, "Thank you!" and his was response was just "Here you go." I ate a little of my Blizzard on the way home and tasted sour milk so I stopped eating it. (I had surgery a couple of weeks ago and thought maybe my taste buds are just off a bit). My son ate his with his fries and, about 10 mins later, came down from his room saying he'd just thrown everything up. Not sure what the issue is/was but I'm sure we weren't the only ones affected yesterday evening. Highly recommend the owner (I would've emailed him directly if I could've found an email address for him on their website) take a look around the kitchen and figure out what's happening... something needs to be cleaned thoroughly early on TODAY before they start serving customers again. This is the fastest DQ I think I've ever been to. There were 3 cars in front of me in drive thru and I was ordering a meal so I figured I'd be waiting for at least 15 mins if not more because the inside was pretty packet too. Surprisingly from the time I placed my order to the time I was driving away with it was only about 5 mins!! The girl at the window noticed the ice cream I ordered was for my dog and gave me extra napkins. Very good customer service!!
