This dessert shop is located at The Forum at Olympia Parkway. It has been a while since we went to a Frozen Yogurt shop. I love the self serve option. It cost $0.69 per ounce which is a reasonable price. They had a large selection of flavors such as marshmallow, vanilla, cookies and cream, cheesecake, pineapple, etc. I appreciated that there were labels that stated if it is vegan, gluten free, dairy free, etc. They also have a large selection of toppings. I like getting the cookie dough, brownies, popping bobas, white chocolate chips and marshmallow syrup. I like the ambiance of the place. The fun seating and the orange decor creates a fun atmosphere for families. Overall, I'm glad that there is a dessert place like this in the area. read more

Went with my granddaughter for some ice cream, which was two small cups one for my 2yr old and One for myself both small portions. I opted out of getting a receipt and no tip. Total was $15, looking over my checking account come to my surprise they submitted different amount. Looks like they are doing shady transactions and adding tip on there own thinking we will not notice. Not good business taking advantage of us customers. We had lunch next door and all felt like having dessert so we stopped by. It's been a while since I've been to an Orange Leaf and this visit was no different. I tried the coconut, saw the pineapple, and decided to get the combo for a taste of pina colada to share with my hubby. We decided to skip the toppings. There were many good flavors. The few differences that were new to me included the dividers that you can put in your cup to keep different flavors separate, and I saw froyo cakes. We had fun and a good experience! read more

Extremely rude staff, straight up disrespectful. I walked in with my service animal and they tried to kick me out without even verifying it's a support animal. I had to pull out my dogs license to prove it to them. On top of it the girl that tried to kick me out was extremely disrespectful in how she told me. On top of all this, the options for frozen yogurt at this location are minimal, to include the topping options and one of their machines was broken. I'd recommend going somewhere else for frozen yogurt. Don't waste your money here read more

47 cents/ounce?! Yikes. I guess I was spoiled by Yogurtland. OL had some pretty decent flavors. I always get the coconut. The red velvet (and I like everything red velvet) tasted "weird." Not a fan. Coffee one was good. I am glad they only had 1 tart flavor. Tart is gross! HA HA. Toppings are pretty typical. I was glad they didn't have a bunch of cereal--like some other froyo places. The popping bubbles are always a treat---startles you at first, but good "entertainment" for your mouth. :-) I noticed they didn't offer some "refreshing" fruit-infused water here though like most other places. So good. Best frozen yogurt I'ever found in San Antonio. Flavors are good and aren't too sweet or too watery. This place is most comparable to 16 Handles and Pinkberry back on the east coast. My favorites are coffee, chocolate fudge, and tart. I will say that the regular chocolate (no sugar added) has a fake sugar after taste, which just didn't seem worth the couple less calories. I do wish their fruit selection were more. There was only strawberries and peaches in the canned syrup. read more

Yogurt is great but you can't get your own samples . The kid at the register just isn't all there but it is orange leaf so it's expected .. the yogurt seemed a little runny and they didn't have big cone pieces available. There peanuts are to big also they need to chop those up a little bit . I couldn't throw my orange cup away because the trash was full and I had to manually type in my credit card number because this is the only machine in town that can read my credit card. The only reason it gets a 2 star is because the yogurt is really tasty ! Hopefully they can work out all these kinks. I hope this review helps read more

I've frequented Fro-Yo in several locations around San Antonio, and I have yet to have a good experience at an Orange Leaf. Yesterday my husband and I decided to not drive to the Quarry where our preferred Frozen Yogurt store is, but to stick around in our neck-of-the-woods and try this location out. Having not had a good experience at the Bulverde location, we were hoping for a difference here and were disappointed. Let me preface this by saying: I loved the yogurt and topping selection is on point. However, part of why we go out to places is because of service and Orange Leaf just let us down yesterday. We walked in and the place was busy, but we were not greeted, nor were we proffered a sample until we asked for one. The girl who was doling out the samples was nice, but she did roll her eyes several times when my husband asked for another sample. We finally got our Fro-Yo picked out and headed to the toppings bar which needed a little TLC. The toppings were mingling in each other's containers and the line was stacked at the register. In both locations there were several folks behind the counter and multiple registers, but only one working register. So after we've put our toppings on, we watched our Fro-Yo melting in our cups before our eyes as the slow check-out process occurred. By the time we got to the check-out, the guy behind the counter pointed at the scale and looked at us like "What are you waiting for?". We put our cups on the scale, and he was then confused as to why the scale wasn't working and yelled for assistance. I could see on the screen that the total for the previous order wasn't totaled out and there was a remaining balance from the previous customer. Without saying anything to us, the young man and the girl who came to his assistance, walked out of the store to go look for the previous customer. Then when they returned with the previous customer, the gentleman behind the counter looked at me and my husband like, "Move now," and had still not let us know what was going on. After deducing that he wanted us to move, we did and the previous customer finished their transaction. Once again, the young man looked at us expectantly like he's been waiting for us the whole night to put our cups on the scale, and we did. We paid and left. I was sorely disappointed in the service last night. My husband and I wanted to go out for a date night snack and we both ended up disgruntled and disappointed with our decision to stay close to home. read more

The yogurt is great. Coffee and vanilla my favorite. That's where it stops. The staff is rude. I understand COVID precautions but they make the whole experience miserable. Kids love to come and look at the toppings. They point at things and often hit the plastic shield, but I saw an older blonde woman fuss at someone's kid for mistakenly touching it when they were pointing to the Reece's PB cups. Orange Leaf is a little like an old favorite of mine: Yogurtland. It's similar it except for one major thing: this is where fun goes to die. The yogurt is okay here, and the variety is good. But it plunges downhill from here. The place always seems a little dirty/sticky. The toppings feel like they've been sitting out forever, with some of them stuck together in huge chunks. You can get samples, but only with the assistance of an employee who apparently has studied the fine art of frozen yogurt for years in order to be certified to give out samples. Can I really not be trusted with a sample cup, guys? In this particular location, it's full of signs of things NOT to do. I can't remember them all, but it feels like this place is run by someone who sits on their front lawn with a hose, waiting for children to come by and attempt to have fun. It's just a huge downer. It looks and feels sort of like a good frozen yogurt place, but with every drop of fun sucked out and replaced with strict rules and distrustful glances. read more

I've giving other Orange Leaf locations a better review. This one had limited toppings in comparison. No sprinkles!! How can you be an ice cream/yogurt place without sprinkles???????! And they didn't have cotton candy flavour here either. NOR did they bubble gum powder. And when I mentioned my disappointment at the bubble gum powder, the guy working there overheard me. I explained that our local Orange Leaf has it, and described what it was like. The ENTIRE time he was staring at me like I was CRAZY. And he seemed annoyed. Definitely rude. Another thing, why must the chairs there be so short? My poor 6 ft boyfriend had a very difficult time "sitting". In the past few months I've become a FroYo addict. I'll admit it. I am a plain kinda girl that doesn't love tons of flavors and craziness but they have rotating flavors a plenty for people that are far more adventurous than me. I love their banana and classic tart flavors with fresh fruit, almonds, and honey. Hits the spot every time and I don't have to feel bad about my splurge because majority of their flavors are fat free! This store always seems packed but there is more than enough seating inside and out to accommodate its customers. Fill up your cup with your individualized portions and then you pay by the ounce. Simple as that. Always a great experience! I come here about once a month, and every time it has been a great experience. It's always nice and clean, they have places to sit both inside and out, and the employees are always cheerful and happy to help. In case you aren't familiar with froyo, you pay according to the weight of your yogurt and toppings so the price is really up to you. They have all sorts of great flavors and toppings, some of which change in and out so you have the freedom to stay safe or try something new pretty much every visit. If you are more thirsty, they do also offer a couple types of smoothie (my boyfriend got the strawberry lemonade yesterday and said it was delicious-I had to keep him from going back and buying a 2nd cup of it!), and their prices for their water and soda are also pretty reasonable. Orange Leaf is always a quick check out and they offer military discounts in addition to a happy hour and points card. If you want to take your treat to go, they do have lids you can grab, and they also give you the option of making a pint. Welll, usually this place is great, there's a woman in her 40's that's been wonderful all through quarantine. Today I went and the younger girl was super rude and panicky the entire time. I walked in, said excuse me... no answer.. all I wanted was cheesecake bites (I bake w them). So, I got a cup, stood behind the line and ONLY TOUCHING THE HANDLE scooped some into my cup. She came out- TYING her mask on- which she clearly wasn't wearing in the back w the food. Gripes at me, grabbed my cup and went to ring me up... umm... could you finish filling my cup if you're going to grab it? So I asked if she could fill it up, she continued scooping in a rush, huffing the entire time. During this two other customers came in. They stood waiting... she then weighed my cup, didn't tell me the total or anything... and reached her hand out for my payment. I gave her my card.. in the meantime another couple attempted to come in, she rudely told them they couldn't "as the sign says" she kept saying... if you're going to only allow the employees to touch anything maybe have more than one girl working.... I then tried to leave/ without a receipt- which i asked for and was given a rude look . I attempted to go out the door that the sign said NOT to enter (since most stores have an exit and a different entrance now) she griped at me again and pointed to the sign and said "it's all on here! Is it hard to read?" Ummm it's facing out.,. And I assumed I should go out the opposite door since people are outside that one waiting... ugh. Horrible experience. read more

Too expensive!!!...the girl asked if it was my first time there and I told her yes. She then asked if I wanted to sample any flavors, which I did...I decided on my flavors and proceeded to fill up the smaller of the two cup sizes with three different flavors and some fruit. During my sampling I noticed a sign posted that read something to the effect of once you pour it you buy it. I went to the register and realized they charge you by weight...if the girl knew it was my first time there, then why the hell didn't she tell me how it was priced. So I just got back from the grand opening of Orange Leaf over at The Forum. Back home in SD I used to go to a place called Yogurtland( daBOMBdotCOM ) every week so I was real excited when I found out this place was opening up. Overall this place was berryberry good. I got coconut and butter pecan yogurt. YUM and YUM. The toppings were a little weird for me. The candy bars didnt even look like toppings to me. They were still HUGE. HUGE like the size you get for halloween. I was standing there crushing up the butterfinger bars. But whatevs i guess i just like my toppings to be in every single bite. I was pretty sad that I didnt see any mochi or crushed peanuts but Im sure they'll have it another day. But they did have oodles of jelly ball topping things in different colors. idk what that was all about. neways I hate to just give them 3 stars but it just didnt do it for me today as much as I wanted it too. Maybe next time. I shall go back to taste othaa flavors and maybe my rating will change. Soo upset I wasn't first to review, but Anyhoo.....this place def sticks out like a sore thumb...in a good way....any place is better than Baskin Robbins and since we don't have a Marble Slab Creamery near us, this will work in my opinion. Not only healthier, but also have a galore of yogurts to choose from as well as toppings, including fresh fruit, even Kiwi ;) I opted for Reeses Buttercups, they even have dark and white chocolate cups. Easy as 1-2-3 menu and price is based on how much your frozen yogurt cup weighs, pretty cool if you ask me. Since today was there 1st day open, there were no waffle cones, BUT I am soon things will get up to par soon :) Yogurt is sweet,soft,fresh and very good in my opinion. This location, no good. Im first greeted by the sign at the cups that whatever goes in the cup you pay for..or something to that effect. Didn't sound very welcoming. Very limited toppings, old stuck together marshmallows. The "free mothers day cup" just turned out to be $3 off, still paid alot for a little. For some reason, he couldn't give us military discount for the other yogurt we bought. They wouldnt let me get my own sample like other yogurt places I have been.
