Ike's!!!!!! We walked in to a virtually empty restaurant, that was our first clue! The food is always good. The problem arises when you have to try to look for a clean table to sit at. Maybe that's why the dining room was empty. As I sat at the table I had to clean I couldn't help but notice all the other things this restaurant was falling short on. Tiles missing from the ceiling. Restaurant is clean and staff are friendly and courteous. My husband ordered a roast beef meal, and I ordered their deluxe fish meal. The roast beef sandwich is as expected. Nothing fancy. Roast beef is still tasty even though it's just meat in a bun. Their curly fries are good. Nicely seasoned. Enough where you don't need any other condiment to flavor it. Their deluxe fish meal was good. Unlike McDonald's, it appears you actually get a real filleted piece of fish. Not a square molded patty made up of fish pieces. Moreover, it's on a King's Hawaiian Bun, with lettuce, tomato, cheese and tartar sauce. Their curly fries meal also includes curly or crinkle fries. I chose the latter and it was surprisingly very good. Some people may not agree with me, but here's where I feel the fish sandwich can be improved. Find a bun that is not sweet and can accommodate the shape of the fish fillet. The bun to protein ratio is way off. I ended up tearing away a lot of it. The tartar sauce is overly pickled. I wasn't a fan. I like Arby's - always have. Aside from the suggested improvements, I'd highly recommend this place. They offer great food selections at decent prices. read more

I ordered a sandwich, large fries, a Diet Coke, a cherry and apple turnovers. I should have had checked the bag. No turnovers when I get home. I called, they said sorry and did not have a way of returning my money or providing the turnovers, except come back in an hour or so and pick up my order. I was craving Arby's so I checked this one out. They did a great job!! I got the Beef & Cheddar with Curly Fries & a Mello Yello. (I LOVE Mello Yello!!!) I got my son the same thing. It costed around $23. I went in to the dining room because it was open. It was clean and the music was comfortable. However, It did seem a little old, some of the seats need to refurbished but they weren't too bad. Plus, some of the ceiling tiles needed to be replaced. The staff were very friendly & quick. It only took about 5 mins. My food was exactly what I ordered & it tasted great! If you like Arby's I would try this location. read more

I ordered french dip meal. The service is always nice at this location. But the accuracy is a bit dodgy. I am not very picky, so I usually roll with it. Food is food. But the thing that I have noticed lately is inconsistency in the quality of the sliced beef and thickness. Normally, when I get the french dip. Its cut thin, and its tender and juicy. This past visit it was thick, was not tender and it will inedible because of long strings of gristle. It was stomach turning. I couldn't bite through the gristle, so I ended up having the meat come out all in one go. Will I go back? Eventually, I am still just a little grossed out every time I think about it. I hadn't been to an Arby's in many years, but a friend wanted Arby's, so we went to the Universal City location. I couldn't find what I used to order on the menu, so I asked about it and the employee said it was a Super, which I ordered with a lemonade. The lemonade was literally like water. Never had that happen before. I ended up throwing it away. The sandwich was meat, a special sauce and lettuce... they didn't tell me they didn't have all the ingredients to make the super, so the flavor of the sandwich was just not there. They still charged me for the sandwich they didn't put all the ingredients on. No need to go back here anytime soon. read more

Your so-called "manager" needs to learn better customer service. Your drive-thru person needs better hearing since I, clear as day, said yes to being fine with the upgrade on the drinks BOTH times. However, she only charged for one upgrade and not the other. Worst Arby's location with the worst customer service! Ordered via Uber eats, and they forgot to put my sandwich in the bag. When I called had to speak to a rude girl by the name of Selena who just kept talking over me and denying that she's made a mistake. She then accused the Uber eats driver of stealing the sandwich. Ridiculous! After getting tired of trying to explain to her that the Arby's receipt that came in the bag didn't match the Uber receipt, I decided to end the conversation as I was getting nowhere. I hate to start off so judgy but the entire staff looked like they just left a dungeons and dragons convention. First they forgot my drink, then instead of just getting it, he spent five minutes exclaiming how he's not good at his job. Then I get home and open my bang: one single, solitary napkin, no Arby's sauce, no ketchup, nothing. Anyone who knows Arby's knows that their roast beef is not known for being especially juicy and it def needs some condiments. Fries were cold. All in all, just a terrible experience. read more
