At 9 months pregnant I was craving ice cream. I decided to stop by LuLus because I see it on my way home often. Soon as you walk in you are greeted by two brothers who make everything in the store. Except for the paletas. Which is understandable because they have over 50 different items on the menu. From Ice cream to aqua frescas even mini pancakes they have it all. The vibe is very chill they have plenty of seating, for guest of all ages and sizes. They also have high chairs available. Each table has a different game to play like Jenga, connect 4 and more. The service was outstanding on both of our trips and the employees were do whatever it took to keep our smallest kid happy. Up popped Lulu's and thank the goodness of these innanets for the suggestion. Absolutely delicious and perfectly spicy esquites, and theeeee BEST dang aqua fresca I have ever had (cucumber ). They have aguas Frescas, this side of town needs this type of ice cream shop badly. I'd give 5 stars but they are slightly pricier per size than if you were in San Antonio proper. I still like them and think they are worth a visit on hot days or after doing yard work. read more
