Wow. Just. Wow. A.) They were 100% out of cherry dillybars but had around a million chocolate and butterscotch ones. I was sooooo disappointed. Seriously, they probably had a 100 boxes of the chocolate. What about us cherry lovers, huh! B.) I guess they had some kind of employee meeting and it was just getting over when we got there. The place was a GIANT mess. Wrappers and pizza boxes and chairs/tables everywhere. Looked like the end of a college dorm party. The employees (which looked all like teenagers to me) were more concerned with getting their free treat and talking to each other and running around like chickens that my Mom had to ask TWICE if someone was even making her milkshake. C.) There was 1 employee, a young man, shaggy black hair in a hat, that actually helped us and he was wonderful. I could tell he was the ONLY person even attempting to do their job. My God...the girl who rang us up was more concerned with punching out and leaving than the 2 minutes it would have taken her to get our order done and paid for. She was also VERY concerned about the amount of Reese's some other kid was putting in her blizzard. D.) This place would have 1 Star for the mess and service if it wasn't for that one kid. I wish I would have gotten his name. I also didn't see a manager, or adult, what so ever in the room. Floors were super sticky. And we had to ask TWICE for a straw and napkins. Ugh. I went to this establishment with my mom dad boyfriend and three year old son, the cashier looked and acted like he was on drugs. Was doing orders that came after mine when he was supposed to finish mine, then when I finally got my dipped cone I waited ten minutes for, for it to be wrong. And look disgusting I ended up just throwing my ice cream in the trash. Extremely disappointed. Also I'd like to throw in that there was no one in there when he started my order, then it got rushed and I've worked in a fast food restaurant so I understand that it's not easy working but it's Dairy Queen in Nebraska city man. read more

Staff does NOT wear masks or gloves, and their patrons do not social distance. The only Covid precaution is that they do not allow customers to dine-in. It is all takeout. Which is odd, because the staff doesn't package orders for takeout. Also, there is NO drive-thru. Coming here was NOT a good choice. read more

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Dairy Queen. We asked for two different blizzards that we get all the time at other Dairy Queen's, and they had no idea what we were taking about. We also ordered a Mocha Moolatte, and when we got it it tasted like straight vanilla ice cream, and when we asked them about it they said that it was a moolatte and they had just run short on some ingredients and didn't even offer us a new drink. We ordered a peanut buster parfait and there was no chocolate drizzle on top like it showed in the picture. The biggest concern though was that instead of getting a Mocha Moolatte, we got a cup of vanilla ice cream instead. I will never go back. read more

This place is simply awful. We went for blizzards because we figured they can't screw that up. WRONG!!!! First they ran out of vanilla ice cream. I ordered a s'mores blizzard. Look nothing like on tv. It was basically chocolate ice cream with graham cracker crumbs. No candy bars or marshmallow in it at all. Doesnt deserve one star. No one at counter for ten minutes. Kids finally come out of back. I asked for a DQ gift card after another 5 minutes they finally found some i said i just want a $20 gift card. She says all we have is $3 cards. Wtf really? You cant even buy anything at a dq for $3.
