She continued to tell me that its what I asked for and I didn't have the energy to want to deal with it, so told her that it's fine. She then said, "Are you sure?" "I can return the money to the card and just remake the order" and all I could think of was why wasn't this just done from the beginning? Why did we spend all this time talking about it.
