Stop here at the Dairy Queen in Weatherford Texas to grab some lunch. I got the four piece steak. I asked I could substitute for the fries and he said yes I could substitute onion rings. I asked if there was an up charge and he said no. When I got my food and sit down and I looked at the receipt and there was a 99 cent upcharge for the onion rings. When I ask about the up charge, they said oh yeah, he made a mistake. They did nothing to correct the problem. read more

This has been a solid if quirky DQ for many years. DriveThru comes from 2 directions but folks work it out. Tonight I went in and ordered normal. 2 hot fudge sundaes. Lady on speaker asked " you want whipped cream?" Yes. "You want nuts? " Yes. Never asked before. They just came with both and a cherry. At window she said " that will be $9.12" Huh? Sundae is $2.65. Well now it is additional $.70 for a dollop of whipped cream and $.85 for nuts And no cherry. How much money does Warren Buffet need??! We're out. Ordered 3 Blizzards and all 3 were melted down. Ordered a small and large fries and got a total of a medium fry. The fries were thrown upside in our bag and the grease soaked up the bag on the bottom. Had to beg for 2 more ketchups. Went in last night with my familiy, my husband and i ordered the tropical blizzard and the kids chocolate dipped cones, as always. It took them about 15 minutes to take our order and i understand it was busy but a "ill be with you in a moment" would have been nice. Ok so we get our ice cream & with blizzard they always flip them over well not last night the girl literally threw them over counter, so i get them and my husband said its watery this time & yes it was as if i ordered a cup of soup, well no wonder they didnt flipp the blizzard over cause they knew damn well it was going to spill everywhere. I go up to the girl that threw them on counter and asked her if its suppose to be like that and her exact answer was the ice cream is soft, well im surprised my kids cones didnt fall over. When we were sitting down the other girl had made one for a drive thru customer and what do you know she flipped that blizzard and it was watery like ours.
