I am not a frequent visitor of any Chick-fil-A. I have been to this location 2 times in the last 3 months and both times were very disappointing. This time was the last day of school, they were busy but quickly took my order. We waited in line for about 40 minutes. They gave me my order and I drove 20 minutes home. The order was not complete. They have everything in various bags, so it's hard to look quickly. I had 5 kids with me, so turning around and going through another hour to get the missing order was a big ask. I called and they gave me a refund, but I won't be recommending them or going back. read more

This is literally the worst Chick Fil A I've ever been to. Every time I come here I have to wait 20 minutes minimum to get my order and sometimes it's taken over half an hour. How is it they're able to send 15 cars through after asking me to go park when all I had was 2 chicken sandwiches and two fries? I have to give huge compliments to the morning staff last Thursday, May 16th. I came in with a fairy large group of student and a tax exempt form and they were soo kind and soo helpful. It was busy outside but not terrible inside but I know we were a lot. The sweet older lady that took our order was kind and read back the order to each student. She was so helpful in collecting drinks and making everything run smoothly. The food was very fresh and very delicious and they even came around for refills. I was impressed with how clean the restaurant was and just overall how nice everyone was. I will definitely keep giving them my business. Thank you all! read more

Very poorly managed, the employees were great, but they're extremely understaffed. Inside is filthy, and it takes forever to get your food. Don't come here if you're in a rush. Hopefully management changes, but I don't see that happening any time soon. read more

This is by far the worst location I've been to. The service is sooooo slow it's ridiculous. If you don't have at LEAST 20 mins to kill DO NOT go to this location. This time I thought I'd go in instead of using the drive through. It had to be faster right?!? WRONG! It took 11 mins to get a large hash brown at 10:20 am. It's not the staffs fault because they are moving. I think it's a simple case of understaffed. It's been this way ever since they remodeled it. The food is always predictably good... I usually get the chicken cool wrap or a spicy chicken sandwich! The service this visit was not so good... placed a carryout order in the Chick-fil-A app (sandwich, nuggets, fries), arrived to pick it up about 30 minutes later and had to stand around inside for more than 20 minutes before getting my order. This isn't the only Chick-fil-A location that seems to have bitten off more than it can chew by also taking Door Dash orders (at least 6 unhappy delivery drivers were waiting around with me)! The food is good but if you have to go around normal meal times, parking is gonna be difficult and plan on being there for a while! Happy to start by saying Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food restaurant in the USA. They have excellent service and food consistently wherever you go. I decided to leave a review for this one because we were just simply eating our lunch and did not order any drinks. As we were eating our meal, an employee who is cleaning up around us, noticed that we may be thirsty and came to us and asked us if he want at least any water to drink. It may not mean much to someone who is reading this, but for us who are getting service in a restaurant, it is amazing that someone else looks out for our needs as a customer and goes above and beyond to serve this Chick-fil-A is neat, clean, and run very well with well trained employees, I highly recommend this location read more

Chick-fil-A has always been predictable decent meals for your money since their infancy in the nations malls. Lately like most fast food they have increased prices fairly dramatically. Tonight finally decided no more. Higher prices. Smaller bun. Smaller, thinner chicken. Pickle challenging breast for biggest item on mini bun. Waffle fries are fun but these were only warm not hot and fresh. Side salad was solid but also too expensive for a simple side. Service was typical CF. Meet you and try to get your order before you are even within sight of menu board. Courteous young folks as usual. Hate to say it but Chick-fil-A May have outlived it's usefulness. Popeyes, Rule the Roost, Wendy's, Braum's all offer better quality and value in this area. read more

Before moving to H.O. ChickFilA was always the one place I knew would get my order right and get me out the door (or drive thru) quickly. I'm not sure why this one is so opposite. Wait time in the drive thru isn't bad but they regularly get something wrong and rarely remember the little things like salsa or dressing or napkins. If I'm eating in my car I NEED NAPKINS! I have ordered ahead on the app several times to pickup curbside and I watch as I wait, seeing that I could've been in and out of the drive thru in less time than it takes them to get my order out to me. We routinley frequent the Chik Fil A in Hudson Oaks.However today we had a terrible customer service issue by this Chick File "Associate Executive Director" Brittany which was the worst I have ever experienced. I ordered online through the Chik FIl A app for convenience purposes for a sick child.. The sealed order was delivered with missing and incorrectly made items. Usually I let this go, but this particular location is routinely leaving items out. When I immediately contacted the store, Natalie (a manager) transferred me to a very rude and condescending Brittany who identified herself as the associate executive director. She said she had no authority figure above her besides the franchise owner. Also, she told us that it wasn't their problem since they use doordash to deliver. The Chik Fil A app nor the doordash app had records to dispute the errors. However, it was the store's error. They incorrectly bagged and sealed the order. They refused any assistance whatsoever- no phone number, customer service contact, refund, redelivery- and put it on me to dispute my credit card. What started as an expensive convenience, ended in multiple phone calls and beyond rude customer service. We spend too much money at this location to not receive what we paid for or to basically be condescendingly told that it was our problem to fix their own errors. But, they did tell me to have a "Blessed Day" before abruptly ending the conversation. Using such a biblical statement to be rude to customers is shameful. read more

Slow slow slow - 8 cars took 22 minutes to get through and then given attitude when i asked what was the issue by the teenager working the window. Order was completely botched and when asked to see the manager it never happens. Chick Fil A is typically the gold standard in service and speed, but this plays is a bunch of clueless teenagers that don't care. Does Chick-Fil-A really need any reviews??!!? I mean, probably not. Who isn't familiar with how delicious their crispy waffle fries are? Who doesn't love the simple yet amazing original chicken sandwich? And not to mention that awesome lemonade!! However, I just had to let you all know how FANTASTIC this location is! I go here about once a week as I work 5 minutes away. Well one day they gave me fried nuggets instead of grilled in the drive-thru! (My little sister is allergic to gluten and the grilled nuggets were for her.) I didn't realize this until I was back in our office. Being 8 months pregnant, this was more of a tragedy than it probably should have been. So naturally I did what any hormonal pregnant lady would do and I called to complain. They could not have been more apologetic or nice!! The manager Francisco actually DROVE our correct order to our office!! I found that gesture pretty awesome! And my sister got to actually eat more than just delicious waffle fries!! Love this location!! Will definitely continue to frequent it! read more
