I grabbed a red and blue one. There were a few other beach items but was picked through. I was just glad I got these chairs for $5 for they are not super fancy but will do the job. I walked around the store and found a few more items for the kids to play with. Everything here is pretty much $5 and below and not cheap merchandise either. It all looks like good quality. When you check out you may need to hold herself from grabbing candy from a huge assortment on the shelves.

I had a very disappointing experience with a manager on duty named Priscilla. When I spoke with Priscilla, who claimed to be a manager, she was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. She told me she couldn't hold the piece in a sarcastic tone, and when I asked for her district manager's name and she responded by saying, "You can Google it." This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your brand. I ask that this situation be addressed, and that Priscilla receive additional training on professionalism and client service. A manager should represent the company with respect and class, not sarcasm and disregard. * Update: After going in today and speaking with Mabel and Sara--who had helped me previously--I received the level of customer service that should always be expected. It was phenomenal! They're both amazing, and truly set the standard for how clients, especially repeat clients, should be treated. Priscilla could definitely learn from their example. There are so many thrift stores out there that I've gone to but this one by far is one of the best as far as clothing selections go. I always walk out with $30-70 worth of clothes and with that money I get so much especially on discounted items. Not to mention their used clothes are so well priced it honestly makes the experience more enjoyable. Now here are the cons. Their new with tags items are WAY over priced, some near retail. I know those are supposed to be more expensive ideally they should at least be half off not near retail price which defeats the purpose of buying them thrifted. Another thing, it's way too hot and stuffy in there. I've gotten used to it but they don't have AC only fans which doesn't do much only if you're in front of it. I then went to the front to ask for help and was told that I would need to look in the carts myself. I told the lady that my daughter needs the hearing aid to hear and they are very expensive but she blew me off again and told me to look myself. I then told her I had spent $60 in the store and that they were $12,000 and asked if she would please help me. She told me " not with that attitude I can't." She then forced me to take a breath and continued to berate me about my attitude after she had refused to help me. She finally did make an announcement and someone came forward with the hearing aid.
