This Daiso seems to be well-stocked almost of the time. I appreciate that their outdoors gear section seems larger than some other stores I've been to. The lures and fishing line section is pretty big, too! I like finding useful kitchen items here, too. They have a 1.58 gallon bucket with a strainer bowl and lid that worked great for curing olives last fall. The báker made it easy to change the lye and water and saline solutions. They even have small cast iron skillets and grilling domes!

It's nice to have Daiso in this neighborhood so I don't have to go to Delta Shores! This Daiso is small, but it has a lot of stuff. They have self checkout but on every occasion since around the time of grand opening, it hasn't been open, so that's a bit of a bummer. Service is generally friendly! Things to note that are the usual for Daiso if you've never shopped here before is that there are no returns. Prices start at $1.75 but can go up from there depending on item size/complexity. You can reference the charts they have all around the store. If an item has a price on it, it's in Japanese Yen, so the charts are helpful for conversion. Note that some things might not be that great of a deal when compared to Dollar Tree, so do your comparisons if that matters to you. They do have novel items, which can account for the small differences in prices between the two discount stores. Happy shopping!

Friendly staff members, very professional, welcoming. Store has a variety of made in china items, gadgets from storage bins, sewing essentials, buckets, cleaning, socks, dog and cat items, frames, cards, notebooks, office supplies, desk top items....I went in for doggie birthday crowns or hats plus a tub for under my bathroom sink. Good prices, clearly marked with pricing. If not marked, lists $1.75 as prices. Clean, neat, super organized, everything in its place. I will have to go back and browse. Quite a few people in and out during my visit.

Wow they are finally open. Their grand opening is Saturday and Sunday. They have the special gift bags on the ground in the front for that. I think you have to spend 30 bucks. They really cram all the stuff in there and the shelves are fully stocked which is great. If you have never been they it will take a while to explore every shelf. Otherwise I didn't really notice anything to new at this location. But I have been to a few stores in the States and in Japan. Lots to see and buy. They were filling the drink section up front when I was in there. This is going to be great to have the store so close to us now. Great

Daiso is best at what they do. Luring you to buy items you really don't need but want! They have the most practical items too if you can decipher what they are bc they are labeled with Japanese kanji sometimes! Know that you really want these items bc they don't do refunds, returns whatsoever. FINAL SALE ONLY! Their usual purchases are 1.75 but they do throw you a curve ball & charge you 4.25. The cashierest will let you know while she's ringing it up! She's doing it so fast like huh? Oh well it's ok. I wanted it despite that higher price. Love that this location is finally in Elk Grove right by Trader Jo's & Home Goods! Such convenience! We can walk here if we wanted to but probably not especially if we buy lots of items! This brand new store was so jammed packed with new items. Plushies galore! Woohoo! Soft opening was today 3.8.23. Actual grand opening is 3.11.23. Come & be ready to shop until you drop! Welcome to Elk Grove Daiso!

Yay! Daiso in Elk Grove! The store is fully stocked, and items are like the Delta Shores location with maybe a little more stuff. I like to check out the kitchen and household items. My son likes the Japanese candies and snacks. We can easily spend an hour browsing around. The only complaint I have is the aisles are tight, so you need to maneuver through or go around people. Bring your recycle bag or you have to pay for a bag.

I love shopping at DAISO! They opened one in ELk Grove. The store was well stocked and very clean. Since it just opened, the store was filled with a lot of customers. They have a Pockey promotion and first hundred get a gift bag when you spend $30. The store has a little of everything for your household. They have stationery, toys, hair accessories, containers, kitchenware, snack items, and a lot more. They have a lot of cute stuff. Everything is $1.75 unless it is listed for more. They have a price menu displayed.

New location just opened in Elk Grove! The store is very clean and the employees are nice. There is a lot of variety in products here. The store is either smaller than the Delta Shores one or the shelves are just placed where there is so little space to move around. Also there was less selection of snacks. Hopefully these get fixed in the future. Glad to see they had their bowls in stock because the one I got years ago just broke the other day. The plushies they have are very cute! The dog one called out to me with its cute face. If it had a hat it could be pompompurin's cousin!

Daiso has started opening lots of stores everywhere in recent years. This one in Elk Grove is one of them that opened not too long ago! Same as the other Daiso. They have lots of cute little things I want to bring home. All the stuff that they have are not expensive. It seems a very small amount until you're at the register. The little things do add up! I am surprised by how much money I usually spend in Daiso each time I'm there! The store looks great, and many items are in stock, except the snacks sections are pretty empty. I guess people in Elk Grove love Japanese snacks. Lol! The workers are friendly as most of the Daiso. I even had a warm greeting when I walked into the store. The parking lot is not crowded. I found a parking spot in front of the store, and it is clean and looks very safe.

Yay! I'm so glad EG has a Daiso now instead of having to drive over to Delta Shores. I came for the Grand Opening, and the line wrapped all the way to the side of HomeGoods by the time I arrived (10 AM). It was about an hour wait but we were tempted to stay because of the goodie bags they were handing out with a min of $30. Once inside, the aisles were nicely organized and stocked despite how busy it was. For the amount of people in the store, it made it seem very cramped and hard to navigate. You could really only go through the aisles one by one unless you want to squish your way through. The checkout line itself wrapped around the entire store, so we decided to continue our shopping as we moved in the line. The variety of goods and layout reminded me of the Daiso in Roseville, carrying similar things. I usually love coming to Daiso because of their snacks/pantry foods, this one only has one aisle of them instead of multiple aisles which is unfortunate, I hope they change that in the future. We ended up spending way more than $30, but the goodie bags were extremely disappointing. It was a handful of random loose candies and two small snacks, as well as a drink which equaled to roughly around $4-$6 worth of store items. I thought they were going to include things that you wouldn't be able to purchase inside the store, so waiting in line for the Grand Opening seemed like a waste of time. Besides that, I'm very glad they were quick to open up in this shopping plaza! With Gogi's opening not too long ago and Rumi Oasis being next door -- this area will definitely get busy. Especially with The Ridge across the street. However, it's still exciting that EG is opening up more businesses and bringing attraction to their younger consumers.

Went there a second round recently on a weekend. No lines of course to enter and quite short line to pay. Still quite busy. The Disney garden pick and a couple other items I bought last time were not replenish. In addition, I noticed this store did not carry their amazing hair catcher (both plastic and sticker paper form). That was a let down. The cashier line structure is still as terrible and I can totally see people will cut the line. I will probably go try one more time before I decide if I am going back to Delta Shore location for good...

Definitely not a lot of space if they had carts roaming around

Most things are 20% off which helps, but when the regular price is $48 it's still way to steep. I was looking for some PJs that they offered online, but I didn't see them in the store. They may have more items online then available in the store. Check out went pretty smooth. They are quite pushy on signing up for their rewards program and the credit card. The good thing is they offered an additional 20% off so I got 20% off twice which took the price down to around $60 for 2 bras. That still seems a bit extreme to me. I'm just hoping I got a better deal then if I went to VS, but they were also having a sale on Tuesday, 40% off store wide. So it may have paid off to go there, but it wasn't as convenient. I also looked for a winter dress. The one that looked nice on the hanger didn't fit as nice as I had hopped. You needed a bigger bust to really fill it out and it was a little short. The other dress that I found was way to expensive, around $70, but it had a white collar and someone got makeup on it so I skipped it. I also was looking for a dressy black skirt, but I didn't see a long one. They had very few skirts. Upon check out they did give me $10 Khols Cash and a 20% off coupon. That sounds good and all, but there is only one week you can use it and that's around Nov 6th or so. I'm not going to be in the area so that's not going to work out for me. It is a great incentive to go back. I would go back and get those PJs if they actually had them in store. Parking was easy. They have a huge lot dedicated to the shopping center and a lot of spaces out front. I was surprised at how many cars were in the parking lot and how many patrons in the store on a Tuesday afternoon.

As long time Sacramentans, we keep up w/development news and I recall when my hubby first told me about this huge shopping complex coming up between Elk Grove and Land Park off I-5. It was just empty land for so long, but suddenly, there were going to be lots of homes getting built here and traffic might get real heavy, but first infrastructure has to come up first and a shopping complex, the biggest anchor of which was going to be a Walmart and also RC Willey, the furniture home store. This was back in 2018 and now, just w/a blink of an eye, it's been here over 7 years! We come here quite a lot as it's conveniently located for us and there's a lot of a little bit of everything here. From coffee and some sweet treats at Panera or Starbucks, to getting a haircut at Great Clips, to getting groceries and essentials at the Super Walmart, to arts and crafts supplies at Hobby Lobby, we really could and sometimes do spend several hours here. Then there's the many clothing stores from Ross to Old Navy to the boutique stores, everyone's style can be found at Delta Shores. I personally enjoy browsing Daiso b/c there's so many cute things here and the knick knack patty whacks here are often really useful by design in Japan even if they're made in China quality, but great value and affordable prices, lol... We enjoy coming to the theatre here too, to catch a (usually kids) movie, but occasionally a date night movie too. The dining choices here are endless from fast food In-N-Out, Habit Burgers, or Sonic for burgers, or Chipotle for a quick but "fancier" burrito or Panda Express for Chinese food, to more sit-down places like Koshi Ramen and Firehouse Crawfish, we've always found something we like so that we're not having the same cuisine over and over. We like the sweet treat places here too for a healthier drink at Jamba Juice or a mochi donut at Happy Mochi or a boba drink at Tastea. After that you can walk off your meal or dessert at RC Willey or Floor & Decor In short, Delta Shores has so much to offer b/c of how it's just massive and it houses so many different kinds of shopping, dining, desserts, coffee shops, and even practical services like a dentist office with multiple specialties and also other services like internet and mobile w/the Xfinity store or T-mobile and you can even mail your packages at a UPS store. They even hold festivals every semi-annually or so for the community to draw more shoppers and allow their stores to display their goods and services. Overall, this is a comprehensive shopping plaza and it provides lots of products and providers in one convenient location.

Perfect for dates or a fun outing with friends. ---- My partner and I decided to make a little date out of this place after seeing it on TikTok, and it turned out to be such a fun and memorable experience. Parking can be a bit tricky since there is not much right by the storefront. We ended up finding a surface lot a short walk away. Once inside, you will notice the creation lab is tucked in the back of a boutique store, which honestly adds to the charm. What immediately stood out was the personalized welcome sign at the entrance. It felt thoughtful and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. We were greeted with a choice of drinks including juices, water, and even mimosas to sip on during our session, which made the whole vibe feel elevated and relaxed. Amber, who guided us through the process, was absolutely wonderful. She walked us through fragrance formulation with both expertise and patience, and I was blown away by her knowledge of fragrance composition. More than that, she radiates kindness and puts her full heart into what she does, which makes the whole experience even more special. The session itself was equal parts creative and relaxing. We had a great time blending different notes and ultimately walked away with fragrances that felt uniquely ours. A huge bonus is that they keep your custom fragrance code on file, so if you fall in love with your creation (like I did), you can reorder it later. If you are looking for a unique and intimate activity with friends or a significant other, I highly recommend this spot. It is interactive, personalized, and leaves you with something tangible to remember the day by. I would definitely do it again.
