Don't bother trying to sell them clothes,They only buy clothes from their friends or family.every time I've taken clothes up there. They said they're too worn,so I tested it & bought a shirt from there went up the next week ,without ever wearing it and they said it was too worn out. I called to make sure they were still buying clothes before I drove 30 minutes up there hoping I'd be able to sell my clothes to get some money for gas. They said they were. I then drove all the way up here just for them to turn me away the second I walked in the door because they "just stopped taking clothes" 30 minutes early. I go there sometimes and it seems to have a lot of things to choose from to buy. There isn't just women's items so that's a plus.

I really do like this store however I brought in three laundry baskets of clothes to sell, and a few hours later I went back to pick up what they didn't want, and get cash back on what they did want. They told me that they did not want anything from my items which would have been totally fine, except I had multiple lululemon items that I was sure they would want; so I was like okay I'm going to go through my stuff really quick to make sure it is all there, and that is when a worker was like "oh wait, here is the rest of your items we want!" Extremely unfair when it comes to buying items from you. The prices are fine if you're the one buying from them which is why I'm giving 2 stars but now I don't care to even shop there. My nearly brand new $50 jeans were not accepted because they "bubbled" near the crotch seam and that apparently makes them "hard to resell." I would definitely be more understanding if they didn't have immensely worn out clothing on their racks, again which is why I'm giving two stars. The prices are good, but the quality they offer isn't fantastic so I was honestly shocked when they didn't accept any of my items. You'll have better luck selling your items online or just buying new clothes on clearance for around the price they offer. read more

Just in case you missed my tip, here is the review, and trust me when I say this....I can't type this fast enough! I arrived at 6:40, looking to score a pair of shoes and maybe a cute dress. I start looking and then the lights go out. 5 seconds later, here comes the announcement...It is now 6:45...Daisy Exchange will be closing in 15 minutes. I was expecting the lights to come back on after the announcement, but silly me for assuming, huh, because they didn't!!! I was completely appalled that a business would do something like this when there are clearly other customers in the store! There were AT LEAST 10 other people in the store, and some at the register. I'm from Easteren PA where we have 1 Plato Closet which is cheaper than this or the Plato in North OKC, which really puzzles me. I may as well drive/pay the extra for clothes outta the mall or go down to SW 44 & Penn for the real Thrift Shops. As we were shopping, he looked over at me and said, 'Mom, I really have to go to the bathroom.' So, I kindly asked the staff present if my son could use their restroom. The clothes in this store are good name brand clothes except they are wrinkled up badly I came in with a lot of brand name clothing that were not worn out and were super clean and even ironed, the girl that took my bags in barelylooked at them and told me they were to worn out and they weren't in their style. My recommendation is to not go back or to not buy there go to other clothes store that take their time in looking at those clothes and I did that and they took everything but a couple of shirts. I won't be back to daisy exchange but I will start my own business of taking the stuff they won't. read more

Honestly? Wish I could give negative stars. Um, apparently nobody told this glorified thrift store that they are not a high-end department store at a mall (I apologize for offending department stores. and malls. Hell, and thrift stores.) I'm aware that many people get offended when they aren't offered as much money for their things as they believe said items are worth. I am not that girl. I went in with a realistic expectation of what my things were worth. I did the appropriate of research on their silly little website regarding the ridiculously limited number of brands they would consider buying back. I didn't go with any idealized dreams of experiencing a life-altering financial windfall. I needed to get rid of some clothes I didn't wear. Simple as that. I had 2 pairs of Seven for all Mankind jeans that had each been worn ONCE (turns out, I'm a lower-end jeans kind of girl. They fit me better. It is what it is.), a pair of Lucky's (again, barely worn once, hate the fit.) - all size 30, fairly average I'd say. Several stylish, flowy-type tops, a Lucky Brand tee, tags still on. A Victoria's Secret tank-ini swimsuit, never worn, etc. 2 full bags of items, newly laundered & ready for a new home. But wow. Very rude staff - notsomuch the girls working the registers, more so the man who called me up. He hadn't had more than 60 seconds to look at my things - yes I watched him - Pushed everything except for the swimsuit & 2 tops back to me and said he could give me $9.00 for those things, muttering something unintelligible about the "wash" on the jeans. I declined his offer. On principal alone. Not a fan, in case that was unclear at this point. Don't go. Trying Plato's Closet next & will update accordingly. They even lead me to great items that they think I might like (And they are often right on target) Great value for the price and I also love the fact that they have special needs employees... Of course recycled clothing stores in Oklahoma cannot be as fully awesome as, say, those in California with all the bright, big brands. But this Daisy Exchange is pretty great although now smaller than the one on NW Expressway. I bought TONS of things this week. If you can't find any dresses in XS or S, it is because they are all now hanging in my closet. :) Christian music playing overhead at this location. Take it or leave it. read more

This is actually a great place if you can afford to spend a lot of time here. They have really great finds sometimes for super cheap! What sucks about it is that it's really the luck of the draw though. You have to rely on someone going in and selling or donating some of their awesome clothes if you want to find something, but the prices are pretty unbeatable. I found some great shorts for like $5 each as opposed to retail $30+! If you want to sell your clothes, go when they're in between seasons. Sell your spring/summer clothes right before the season begins and same with fall/winter. It seems like they buy more. They don't give you a whole lot of money, but at least it's better than nothing, right? read more

If the other reviewers have such an issue with a few of their teenaged employees I suggest they go to any other store on the planet and try to get better service!?!? Ridiculous! This place is awful. I used to shop here frequently but they always looked at me like I was an annoyance rather than a customer. Staff is made up of a bunch of low life trashy b!tches who are absolutely rude and stuck up, the brunette owner (I think her name is Danielle?) is terrible and has horrid customer service skills. She always follows me as if I'm shoplifting. But I didn't mind it. Today, I left to go to another store to compare prices, then when I came back, the girls looked at me like I was an idiot coming back and muttered to their manager I looked suspicious or something. The owner is snobby. -ignoring people, talking down to them and just being rude. They look at you like " what are you doing in here". I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO DAISY EXCHANGE. AND THE KICKER IS they have had a now hiring sign on the door for about a month now and every time I see it I LAUGH MY A$$ OFF, thinking who would torture themselves every single day with those shrews?? Even when they have some good items, you don't go in and shop because it's such a negative environment that it's not fun to shop in there. Very rude staff. The girls that did my buy today were EXTREMELY helpful! I also work at a consignment in Chicago and was familiar with how the process worked. (and the hell that comes along with it sometimes) The prices were great, affordable, I mean, I saw a Ralph Lauren Denim and Supply shirt for 9 bucks...NINE!! At my store that would've been like 16.50! The buy was quick and painless and the girls were very informative. I had no problem with the things they passed on due to stains, not being washed etc and they even donated for me!!! The people that have had a bad experience just are not familiar with this type of work and how hard it is. Keep up the good work guys!!!! read more

Very poor customer service. I understand a business does not want people coming in just to use the restroom. But I arrived to sell some clothes when my 4 year old decided she HAD to pee right away. Instead of letting her use their restroom they made my husband walk her down the street to a nearby restaurant. I should have let her pee her pants in the store so they could clean it up. Also, they had a sign that said "we need shoes!" So I was shocked that they wouldn't buy my brand new mossimo high heels. When I asked about it the lady said "we don't buy large shoes". Excuse me for having big feet. No wonder I couldn't find a size 10 anywhere when I was browsing and waiting for my quote. You won't be seeing me there again. Don't sale clothes here. Took in a bunch of brand name close that were CLEARY NOT stained, or ripped! And they only took a OU hoodie and a purse and ONLY gave me $5 in store credit and $3 cash!!!!!!! I literally added this app to my phone so I could leave this review.......worst customer service of any place I've ever been to in my entire life! I'm still in the store now, got here at 4:50pm and it's 6:45pm. I've been waiting for the workers to tally up the amount for my consignment items since I got here. Oh and when I arrived I was told to put my stuff on the floor and they would get to me in an hour. Said it would be an hour wait and I couldn't leave the store - huh?! So I said okay and began walking around. But then I noticed everyone was being called by name when their stuff was ready, so I walked over and asked how they would identify me when I was my turn since I didn't give my name when I dropped my bags off at the front. Then the girls said "oh you have to sign in." How was I magically supposed to know that and I had already been walking around for 20 min? So one girl who seemed to have a soul apologized a couple times, which was nice of her but then I had to wait longer because I didn't sign in. I thought because it was their error they would at least get to my stuff quicker, but heckkkkkk no! Cause that would just been thinking way outside of the box!! Here's the deal, I've worked in customer service for 10 years. You can mess up horribly and at least attempt to try and redeem yourself, but these girls are clueless as to how to do that! Then I thought I should try on some clothes while I'm there since I'd be waiting for a bit, so when I brought my items to try on the girl handling the dressing room was just about as pleasant as a colonoscopy. Now, I realize they are understaffed here today and probably over worked and underpaid......join the club!!! But that doesn't mean everyone needs to be so disjointed and whack! Get it together!!! And of course there are only three places to sit here so god forbid you worked on your feet all day or else you had to fight for a seat with the other ladies roaming around, desperate for some pedi relief! The girls who work at this location are extremely stuck up, and give off the feel that they think they are better than you. We brought in two buckets and a bag of all designer clothes, the lady who was looking through them must have decided she had something better to do than her job and just set aside the bag with out looking at anything in it. They didn't look at any of the clothes, I watched her pick things up and set them aside while she was looking around at other things. This used to be a great place to shop/ get $$ for my NICE old clothes. Not anymore. I brought two big bags of clothes today to sell, full of great name brand clothes (Lucca, Charlotte Russe, Forever 21, Dereon, Express, Aeropostale, etc.) in good condition. First off, the girls in there were rude and very standoffish. I felt like I was either being a bother to them or they were just disgusted by me, IDK! I gave them the clothes, checked in, and browsed while I waited. I watched them dig through the bags, pick 5 or so things out, and not touch or look at anything else. They called me up and I was making my way to the front, then they called my name again, impatiently, not 20 seconds later and were once again rude. They said "Here is all your stuff back" Most of my items were still neatly folded, untouched, just as I had packed them up before coming. What did I end up leaving with? $6 and all of my old clothes minus 5 things. If you expect friendly service and a fair payout, don't come here. read more

I wish I would have researched this place before I went in because most of the reviews are bad bad bad. I used to have a lot of money and by a lot, I mean millions a yr. I spent around 500k a yr just on clothing. I know my brands and designers...I have been doing this for YEARS!!! So, my mom's hairstylist tells us about this place and I decide to take back two of my miss me jeans...one that had never been worn and another that had a huge rip in it that I didn't like. I paid 109 dollars for each of them at the BUCKLE. I also took in tons of my clothes from athropologie, nordstroms, and free people. They shoved everything but the two pairs of jeans back in my face and told me that the tops were NOT what they were looking for! I mean, seriously...excuse me for bringing in clothes I've worn ONCE that were $90-$150 a piece. The lady working there told me that they look for certain brands ONLY and my high end designer brands were not what they were looking for. To be honest, I doubt any of those girls have stepped foot inside anthro or nordstroms. They shoved all of my belongings that they wanted behind the counter for them not to be visible and said "do you want 15 dollars cash or 18 dollars store credit?" I was like "huh"? Give me back my jeans and get a life. I just agreed to it and took the cash. I'm desperate for money again and the girls were rude and told me they ONLY look for high end brand names and they want me to bring in my expensive clothes so they can give me a whole 3 dollars for each of them. I think NOT! I looked at what my clothes were selling on facebook and poshmark and the miss me jeans were selling for $70 not used and $50 used. I needed more money because the $14 didn't go very far and I took in a juicy purse, a coach wristlet, a dooney wallet, a small coach bag and a pair of jeans I got from JCpenney's. Ready to get butt F$%^ed again. They told me they would give me a whole 7 dollars for the coach and dooney...which I spent $240 on. It's selling for a lot more on ebay than what I got for it. It was HORRIBLE!!! My parents said I might as well give my expensive high end brand named clothes away for free or donate them if I was going to get a whole 3 dollars for each item. The only thing I saw in there was miss me jeans and silver jeans...but none were in my size and it's somewhere I will never go again!!! read more
