This shop is SO fun! I am a crazy plant lady and the little plant section they have is amazing. They have some unique plants that are incredibly healthy. The guy that runs it is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. If you love plants I would recommend coming just to check out their inventory and possibly learn something while you're at it. They also have a large selection of t-shirts and other apparel. It is definitely high quality and a great selection of colors and sizes. There are numerous goods that would make great gifts if you are looking for something special. I highly recommend stopping in if you haven't had the chance. Ladies lunch day, this time in the downtown area, brought us to Shop Good. What a wonderful place! We were delighted with the relaxed atmosphere, and with the employees, like Austin, who were there to answer questions (but did not become salespeople). We were drawn to the t-shirts and sweatshirts that had the most endearing designs and messages. "Y'all," was our favorite screen-print design. I was captivated with the tasteful Thunder tees, and bought my favorite, along with some earrings that I couldn't leave behind. This has quickly become my go-to shop for all things apparel, OKC Thunder, decor, and gifts! They seriously have everything. They screen print all of their shirts, hoodies, sweat pants, and denim in house, which I think is awesome. You can even watch them during the screen printing process, which is pretty cool! I've always been fascinated by stuff like that. One corner of the shop is also completely devoted to selling plants. It gives the whole shop a gorgeous aesthetic! I wish I had green thumb and didn't kill every plant I've ever owned, because there are some seriously gorgeous plants sold here. My partner and I came to OKC for the weekend to visit some friends and visited this shop after dinner. We walked in, a little later than the associates probably cared for, however they didn't seem to mind and actually welcomed us in! I needed some new Thunder shirts, so I headed over to Shop Good. There are lots of places to buy Thunder shirts in this town, but to my knowledge this is the only place in town that pairs each item with a charity and gives a portion of the proceeds to that organization. I'm automatically inclined to want to spend my money there, but warm and fuzzy alone does not a good shop make. What makes it a wonderful shop is the execution. They've put this lovely idea to work at an ideal location on 9th Street with a charming store front. The owners have curated a small but smart selection of tees, clothing for men and women, all manner of items for the hip, well-appointed home, gifts, letterpress cards, and a wall of Warby Parkers. A too-too-cool-for-school staff would have ruined the whole experiment - in OKC we like to be treated well when we spend our money, and the entire idea here is that you feel good about shopping here. Shop Good is located in one of my favorite areas of OKC: Midtown's 9th street. If you haven't been here, don't hesitate to check it out. Great local store with a purpose in an awesomely perfect automobile alley location! This has to be a top 3 Thunder/OKC gear store. The new store has a lot of space filled with what you'd expect from Shop Good, hip clothing/stuff for home/gifts/etc. with a portion of the proceeds going to charity. The staff are extremely friendly and just spending time in the store is a treat. Also, they sell Harry's shaving products and Warby Parker glasses which was a real added plus for my wife. Shop Good has my favorite Thunder shirts in town with unique designs sure to please any fan. Speaking of shirts, Shop Good prints their designs on the WORLD'S SOFTEST SHIRTS. I typically shop here for gifts for friends and family, but on more than one occasion, I've borrowed my husband's gift shirts just to be comfy. As a tall lady, I hate women's fitted t-shirts, but luckily most of the shirts in Shop Good are unisex sizes that flatter everyone. What a cool store. It was everything Yelpers said it was. It's has a nice location on 9th st. As we were walking up to the store I noticed lots of people taking couple pictures in the area. Some brave people were even taking pictures on the rail road tracks. It's just that kind to relaxing nice location. This business is in a house just like its neighbor Sara Sara cupcakes. In the store are many unique items. There were so many things I wanted to buy. I have to mention the T-shirts. They go through a special dye and wash process that makes them oh so soft. The exclusive place for Warby Parker eye-wear in OKC! Popped in the other day for a preemptive strike before my next eye appointment. My computer glasses just aren't cutting it and I am pretty sure I'll need full time glasses. So I thought I would check out the WP collection at Shop Good. I was frustrated by the large assortment of specs in a good way! The nice gentleman was very helpful and patient with me and gave me a good honest opinion of what models work on me. No contacts for this guy...If i need ocular assistance I want to do it right with some geek-chic glasses! I picked a few models and made a list and am very excited to order something...Just gotta wait til March to get into the eye doc to hopefully give me the good news that my eyes aren't what they used to be! While trying to decide which goggles I looked least dorky in, I perused their awesome assortment of clothes and jewelry and unique offerings. YES! I love this store. Everything in here is fabulous. Their shirts are very soft and they even have a section of shirts (most of which are marked $13.30) because they have some kind of defect such as a small stain or a messed up hem. They have more than clothes though; I actually bought a potted succulent for a secret santa gift that I am pretty excited about. The best part of all, though, is that a portion of all purchases are donated to various charities. Shop Good is also a showroom for Warby Parker eyeglasses and all of their glasses are pretty good lookin'. They order the glasses and the prescription (or non-prescription) lenses for you online. I love ordering glasses online because they are so cheap but it's always risky because you never know if they are going to look good on you. Not anymore thanks to Shop Good. And they are super cheap! It's $145 for titanium glasses and $95 for plastic glasses and that is including prescription lenses! I'm super excited about getting some new glasses now. Overall great store and location and the staff was very helpful and kind and if you have a Keep it Local OK card, you get a discount on your entire purchase. I remember one of the first times I went to Shop Good, and I was overwhelmed. There's a sense of love that almost emits from the store, and then you realize it's because everything goes back to the community or back to an organization. Every price tag has a story of where your money will be going. I knew this would be a place EVERYONE had to know about. Any time someone tells me they are from out of town, I tell them, "Make sure to go to Broadway and 9th street. There's a store that looks like a house called 'Shop Good.'" This place is not just a store for clothing, accessories or things to decorate your home. The owners make their shirts, they are involved in the community, they host events to enhance the community and they welcome everyone and treat everyone as if they're family. Going to Shop Good is an experience in itself. You have to go to be able to look into every nook and cranny just to see their items for yourself. Maybe you'll find a jar with arrows to decorate. Just as every action has an equal but opposite reaction, every purchase here gives back to an agency, charity, or a group of individuals in need. My first time at Shop Good was for Warby Parkers, an eyeglasses company that gives a pair to someone in need for every pair purchased. Although I love my eye doc (Dr. Greenhaw in Midtown), my eyes aren't quite bad enough to justify $300 specs. I took my prescription to Shop Good, tried on some Warbys (they have one of each style and have every color so you can determine which combo is for you), and within 15 minutes, I was on my way to becoming a four-eyed chica. You get a discount on them at SG, so they were $90 shipped. I'm wearing them as we speak and I believe I'm just as happy with them as I would've been with the more expensive jobbies at Midtown Optical (possibly more, since I am prone to losing eye wear). I've since been back for a final round of Christmas presents (super soft tees and a necklace) and most recently for a few Thunder shirts (three to be exact, and I now know I should've bought 5 or more so I could wear them on the daily and not be the smelly kid in class). The staff is always helpful without being annoying, and I've gotten 10% off every time with my Keep it Local card. Next time you're on 9th, stop by this darling store! read more

Was in town for the week-end from Los Angeles and came across this AWESOME jewel of a store! Located in the Plaza District of OKC next to some other hip and trendy businesses (and I'm not talking about the janky coin laundry across the street!). Their mantra is "Buying is Giving" and everything in the store is Fair Trade, Sweatshop Free, and/or gives back to local and international charities in some way! Perfect place to get a gift that will keep on giving. They had everything from candy to stationary, shoes to clothes, to bags. All price ranges. It's really a one stop shop. Only complaint: It's kind of small, and when you walk in the smell of smoke will punch you in the face courtesy of the bar next door- But don't let that scare you away!
