After the order was placed, an order number was provided at the end of the transaction, however I never received an email confirmation as stated. Luckily, I had taken a picture of the order number. I called twice the following day to confirm my order and delivery but I couldn't get through, the phone kept ringing and the voicemail box was full. Finally on the delivery day, I text the number provided on the website and received a response fairly quickly like the website stated. I was able to get an update but I thought it would have been better for them to at least send some sort of update during the process like Edible Arraignments does. Overall all it was an okay experience and was just relieved the flowers were delivered. I probably wouldn't order from here again based on the lack of communication from this business. read more

I contacted Corona Florist via phone to have some flowers sent to my grandma. I like using local florist to where I am sending the flowers because a lot of times the flowers are fresher and no risk of issues with boxed FedEx delivery. This florist is in an older shopping center in Corona, surrounded by residential neighborhoods. I was not physically there so cannot speak to cleaniless or upkeep. The woman I spoke with on the phone was pleasant and helpfully. I described what type of colors and what flowers are in season. I left rest to the florist. We discussed price and left it in their hands to put something nice together. It was delivered on time and looked nice when I saw it 5 days later. Corona Florist has been a staple in our community for many years. The reason for that is because of their excellent customer service. For example, I went in there just as they are closing because one of my friends had just had a relative pass away, and to cheer them up and show them my sympathy, I wanted to send them some flowers. However, because of my hectic schedule I wasn't able to deliver them myself, and without hesitation the owner said they would deliver the bouquet for me. Remember they were just about to close and shut down for the day, and they still made this delivery for me. I was blown away with type of customer service, and that they would do that even though they didn't have to because they were closing soon. I'll be coming back again just because of today. I called Corona Florist because my wife was having a baby shower in Corona and I wanted to surprise her with some nice flowers. I called the shop and rather than trying to work out what I wanted or what my wife liked, the receptionist immediately pushed me onto the website... I found an arrangement that looked nice so I placed the order online. During the order process they give you an option to upgrade the amount of flowers in the arrangement. I decided to spring for the the additional $10 fora deluxe arrangement. All and all it ended up being $80+ to get the flowers delivered... When my wife brought the flowers home, I couldn't believe how small the arrangement was and some of the flowers looked like they were very close to dying... Even worse, they called the house and when my wife answered the phone, they spilled the beans on the surprise. Wouldn't buy from here again! read more

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! Where do I start. We used them for our wedding flowers. From the begining we had to literally go line by line on the order as they did not take the order down correctly and then when they had the order correctly, the charges were in correct. We had to do the math for them. The day of wedding, I recieve a call from the driver three hours ahead of time asking for directions to the venue. I couldn't believe it! It's in the same city no more then 10 miles away. The flowers were still delivered late from the agreed time, even after getting a call three hours ahead of time. The order was incomplete and most of the flowers looked awful. We called to let them know of the incomplete order. We were rudely told that it was not in the order and that we would have to drive to pick them up (why would we have to drive to pick them up if it wasn't in the order? We knew what we order since we went line by line the first time.). By this time it was an hour to the wedding ceremony to begin. Most of the flowers were not fresh at all. Most of them didn't last the evening. In our attempts to correct this and bring this to the managers attention we were told she was on vacation and that there was absolutley no one who can help us. Three weeks after we finally got a hold of her and she was rude as can be. She stated the blame was on us and only offered to refund us $7. What an insult. It doesn't surprise me that has other bad reviews. If possible I would rate this place negatiave five stars. read more
