The florist made the cutest sunflower arrangement and they also delivered same day AND delivered yummy chocolate. I had a great experience with customer service, the florists did a great job creating this and they had incredibly well timed urgency. I recently received a floral bouquet sent by my husband for Valentine's Day February 14, 2026; unfortunately, both my husband and I were sadly disappointed in the selections and the bouquet that was delivered, which looked more like a "get well" bouquet than anything romantic for Valentine's Day. My husband stated that the bouquet was supposed to have included an elegant arrangement of pastel roses which it DID NOT INCLUDE 1 rose; instead hideous carnations. I feel my husband was taken advantage of' as he ordered by phone and was not sent a picture of the bouquet delivered. He is an OTR trucker who was unable to be home to celebrate the holiday; but made an effort to show a kind gesture. We did not appreciate the quality or inappropriate selection of cheap sun flowers and carnations; nor do we think the value aligned with its price point. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Based on other customers photos along with my own, this florist's flower preference is sun flowers no matter the occasion. He has ordered from this florist multiple times in the past for multiple occasions, and the flowers were always beautiful, but we were very disappointed this year. First of all, there were only 11 roses. Second of all, they were in a plain glass vase when he was told they would be put in a silver vase. And, lastly, he was told that they would dress up the roses with some other flowers and fillers, and that did not happen. They saved the day by agreeing to open the door for Diane and me to take a floral order needed for funeral services in two days time when we called just after their hour of closing. When we arrived across town 10 minutes later to see a closed sign on the door, it was opened for us as promised, after which the florist in charge at the time patiently showed us various floral arrangement possibilities. All this occurred during their staff's visible hectic preparations of Mother's Day orders. On the appointed day the lovely lavender rose easel spray arrangement was delivered on time and received several compliments by attendees. The birthday flowers I ordered on Thursday for Friday delivery to a loved one apparently was forgotten about, hastily arranged, and then delivered just before the end of the work day. I emailed a request for the delivery confirmation @ 3:30 because the recipient hadn't received their flowers yet. After all, the delivery address was a mere three (3) minute walk from the florist! In response, I received notice the flowers were in fact delivered @ 4:30 PM with a few screenshots to back it up. Obviously they had made it to the office just before closing time. Unfortunately for me, I am from out of state and didn't have much time to spend out looking for a florist to do my wedding. Because of this, I spent a lot of time online looking for a place, and I stumbled upon this florist. I was very happy to see that they had bouquet prices online, which was something that I was troubled to find elsewhere. I have to say that my experience with this place left me pretty disappointed. When I went in for my meeting with the planner I basically was told that everything that I wanted would be ugly or bad, and even though I had brought pictures in depicting exactly what I wanted I had to argue my requests repeatedly. I was steered away from the flowers that I wanted, the colors of ribbon, and even the style of bouquet. I was told several times that I could not have teal or aqua ribbon on my bouquet because it would 'attract to much attention' and that I should go with red, white or ivory like everyone else. Finally, after going back and forth about it at least 3 times we compromised that there would be red and teal ribbon around the base of my bouquet. I guess you would probably be very happy that you 'got exactly what you wanted' here if you went in with absolutely no idea what you really wanted and just let them make all the decisions for you. Because I had very specific ideas on how I wanted my flowers, and had shown them pictures and spent an hour talking to them about it I figured they would get it right... boy was I disappointed. I had asked for my boutonnieres to have sweetheart or spray roses on them, because I HATE the look that everyone else does where they use a regular sized rose bud and it looks like the boutonniere is swallowing the wearer's shoulder. Instead, I got regular sized roses in them. I expressed that I wanted a lot of greenery in my bouquet, and that I didn't want a clump of flowers like most girls do these days... but I got a clump of flowers with only a few stems of green. Gems were added to my bouquet, which I had not requested and DID NOT WANT. The ribbon on my flowers unfinished and the ends were fraying... The colors of the flowers that I was shown when I was there were not at all like what I received. Needless to say that if I had the opportunity to do it all over again, I would have made the time to look elsewhere for my event flowers. I would have gone to a place that actually listened to what I wanted instead of trying to force me to fit their 'modern bride mold'. read more

Based on that photo, we were able to further develop ideas for the rest of my floral. All of my floral was GORGEOUS, but when I look at photos of my bouquet...I simply stare in awe. Cons: - Never received: Despite florist delivery confirmation. - Untimely alleged delivery: Delivery was to a business, still "en route" at 4:45 p.m. and a delivery confirmation was received after 7 p.m. - Hard to reach: Fifteen minutes to reach florist by phone. Started calling around 4:20 p.m. when delivery M.I.A. - Outsource business: They had no info on my order. The business called another business for info on order & driver. One of the three, involved, actually asked me to ask the recipient to wait. 1.) It was supposed to be a surprise for recipient. 2.) Her commute was adversely effected. Pros: - Phone etiquette: Woman who answered seemed calm, polite, and spoke in a friendly manner. In summary... I would never order from here again.
