We had to replace our courtyard wall. We had Daisy Mountain paint the new wall since they had painted our entire property 7 years ago and did a fantastic job. José from Daisy Mountain arrived early (after phoning for permission). He did a marvelous job and was very efficient, polite, professional, and compulsive. He finished in under 2 hours. And the price was amazing. We are more than happy with the results and thank Daisy Mountain for their service.

front of my house - they left the job thinking this was OK work

This might be my first review, and unfortunately it's a very negative one. First off. Anyone can paint a house. I could have done it, but the attention to detail is what I lack and the patience. 95% of the paint job is with a sprayer. The 5% of the job is why I hired someone else to do it. That 5% is what I have issues with and unfortunately will be the most memorable for me. March or April 2019 - house gets painted. Upon completion, I text Casey the owner that overall everything looked great, but there were some issues I had. I.E. paint dribbled all through my brand new turf, paint dribbled along the roof, paint dribbled on driveway and walkways, sprayed paint on nearly every edge tile along roof line. Casey was quick to respond. They handled about 40% of the issues. May 2019 - continued to let Casey know there were some issues. Responded but didn't dispatch anyone. April 2020 - was up on my roof and noticed more issues. Casey says how disappointed he was in the crew that painted my house and he would talk to his Project Manager. June 2020 - silence. No word. I text Casey at 11:26. Yes I knew it was late, but I'm pretty ticked at this point and I had it on my mind. YES, I know Covid-19 hit. Yes I know it was late at night. My concerns aren't due to 'a little bit of paint'. It's A LOT of paint, all over. My 13 year old kid could have done a nicer job than his crew, which earlier text messages Casey says "You're making my stomach upset...no more pictures. We will get this fixed." Casey, I WAS happy. I don't like babysitting people I pay to do a PROFESSIONAL job. Point being, the job was hardly professional. You made up for it with tentativeness. Which was quickly lost after job was paid in full. Here's our messages: ME: Sorry it's late. What happened with your talk with your PM? CASEY: Yes. Kind of an asshole move to text that late. I will ask John about it today. It will get taken are of. In the grand scheme of things going on in the world this is minor ME: Wow. Are you kidding me? What's an asshole thing to do is blow off a pissed off client this long. In the grand scheme of things, you guys did a shit job and I've been pretty silent about it. CASEY: You texted at 11:30 at night and woke up my wife. It was an asshole move We will get it fixed. It's a little bit of paint on the roof tile. ME: Unbelievable. You know how many referrals I've given to you? Believe me, the latter is much more effecting on your business. Stay away from my house. I'll get a capable and respectful painter. Put your phone on do not disturb. Respond to your clients in less than a year and you won't get 11:30 texts. Prick. CASEY: That's your call. You're being a baby about some paint on the roof tile. I told you we would fix it I made a mistake with all the stuff going on in the world. This could've waited till normal business hours asshole If you want respect treat people with respect. Unacceptable to call a business owners private cell phone number instead of our office number at 11:30 at night and not expect this. In my opinion this was a private call. Our office number is 623-551-3156 ME: I can understand the frustration about a text message at 11:30. My bad. Sorry it woke your wife. But to call the client an asshole? Now a baby? CASEY: And I'm sorry as well. If you want to move past this I can get someone to take care of it or I can send you a check for $100 your call ME: Thanks. But no. Take care. My suggestions: 1 - when a client has an issue, you go out there and make them happy. Or have a PM that does it (because he did not). 2 - don't let issues go on for more than 2-3 weeks. Or 1+ year!!! 3 - don't call your client an asshole or a baby or belittle their frustrations.

Whole house painting by Daisy Mountain Painting. Our home looks amazing!!

I can't express how amazing this company is! Working with Jennifer & Casey in the office to set days/pick colors was so easy! They submitted our color choices to the HOA board and received the approval before painting began. The guys who came to paint were professional and friendly! They worked so hard each and every day to make our home beautiful again. If ever you need someone to come paint your home, I would 100% recommend Daisy Mountain Painting!

The bottom portion is the new paint and the top is the pathetic paint job from Daisy Mountain Painting.

Michael was pleasant during the quote although seemed reluctant to do some additional painting we were willing to pay for, but eventually agreed. The paint crew were young adults who, it turned out, were unsupervised. Our unit was unoccupied during the week they painted. We had contracted two coats of paint, two different colours for various rooms, and walk in closets (although we only had one walk in closet). We returned to the unit one week after the job was completed. First impression was someone had used the toilet and not flushed, so, after a week, the unit smelled of sewage. I had to clean that up. Without permission, they had taken our deck furniture cushions outside and left them there, so I found them soaking wet and filthy. There was overspray on our dish washer, switch face plates were installed upside down. Someone, with paint on their shoe had left paint marks on out brand new LVP floor and on the hand rail of our deck, as well as door handles and switches. There were many places the new paint was so thin you could see the old paint beneath. Worst of all, the whole unit was only painted one color...they had forgotten the other color in two bedrooms. In the walk in closet, two units had mounting points pulled through the dry wall. They had also left two closets unpainted. He said he was not contracted to paint the two closets, where we thought the 'closets' in the contract meant all. A miss understanding. Michael at Right Choice was advised of all the issues. He apologised for the mess, but didn't offer to clean it up. He said I should put post it notes on areas of thin paint (why was I expected to do this) and said it was normal to have issues like that. I suggested that considering all the screw ups, that he paint the two closets as a gesture of good will. He agreed. Right Choice returned to correct the issues. Michael sent me an email stating they would only do one coat in the closets and both closets would be one color. I responded asking him to confirm one closet would be painted to match the bedroom it was in. He did not respond. On return to the unit, I fixed the face plates, unit wall anchors, over spray on appliances, floor, handles and cleaned the toilet and seat cushions myself. The closets were painted but one closet does not match the bedroom it is in. We will not use Right Choice Painters again.

He watered down the paint in the 1 room he painted inside my house, now it doesn't match the other rooms. 3. He replaced some wood paneling under an outside window & cut the wood to short leaving a gap between the foundation & the new wood letting in cold air, bugs & dirt. 4. The overspray from his paint got on my cement & water softener & he never cleaned it up 5. He spilled paint on my cool deck & never cleaned it up 6. His crew sprayed white paint all over 4 of the 8 windows of 1 of exterior doors & 3 weeks later has not come by to clean it off. It's been 3 weeks & Mike, as the owner, is refusing to take care of any of these issues unless I pay him $1000 first. I have had to file complaints with the ROC & BBB because the damage is in the thousands. He doesnt care, has no customer service, is rude & arrogant & wont come back to fix any of these issues. Look at the pics & decide for yourself, $7500 for this kind of work?

While Mother Nature was problematic, Jamie and his team were not. Their attention to detail is highly commendable, as is their work ethic. They used high quality Dunn Edwards (Evershield) paint and the final job looks fantastic, we immediately received numerous compliments from our neighbors on how awesome our house looks. Not only did Jamie's team pressure wash, they pulled all the gravel away from the house and walls and scraped away any remaining loose paint from the foundation. They repaired every single crack in the stucco and underside of our patio roof, tapped off and covered the walkways, patio, driveway. The preparation was outstanding. We thought the job was absolutely perfect, then Jamie came to do a final inspection of his team's work. OMG he is incredibly picky, pointing out things, we likely never would have noticed, that he was not 100% happy with so has his team coming out to do touch-up. We cannot recommend Jamie and his team highly enough. Every person who worked at our house was outstanding, Jamie is lucky to have such a wonderful team. This is an honest, top-notch, quality company you will not regret hiring!
