They power washed the fence to remove the paint on sections and rolled the fence and painted section missed previously. I like that they made the effort to try to fix the previous mistake. Time will tell if the paint will hold to the rusted sections. I thank them for the extra effort, to correct the issue.

I would not place my trust in AZ West Painting under any circumstances. The painting for my project…read morewas scheduled to commence first thing next week, but Chris decided to cancel our verbal agreement at the last moment, all due to a misunderstanding with the contractor, who has also been quite troublesome. After a phone call with the contractor, Chris voiced his concern regarding my payment(s) to the contractor for a city requirement before he could initiate the painting, essentially accusing me of failing to pay the contractor for the project. To begin with, you do not have the authority to dictate when I should pay for a service that you are not delivering. Furthermore, he was unaware that I had already completed two of the four payments for the project, and instead, he immediately took the contractor's side. Chris accused me without taking the time to verify the facts or engage in a mature dialogue about the situation, and instead insisted that I resolve this issue with the contractor. I tried to clarify that I had already made the necessary payments to the contractor and expressed my confusion at being accused of this, offering to provide proof of payments, to which Chris replied, "Okay, I'm out. Good luck." I find this behavior to be exceedingly rude and unprofessional. How ironic that they advertise Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed on their website. Business 101: Customer service should be provided before, during, and after the purchase of a service. I will certainly not be reaching out to AZ West Painting for any future projects.

(Elite) to refinish our 1990's solid wood kitchen cabinets. We wanted to transition from a dated medium tone reddish-brown natural wood finish to have them painted a fresh, modern neutral color. We selected an elegant shade of beige with hints of yellow and green depending on how the sun is shining. We waited the full 30 days after painting to replace items on the painted shelves that were part of our kitchen. I have waited until now to write my review to be sure that the painted cabinet surfaces held up to everyday wear and tear. All I can say is that Elite did a fantastic job! Ernesto came and gave us the initial quote in December 2025 and he was also on our job every single day. Our painting work was performed by Ernesto himself and one other contractor (Tony). They worked quite independently, diligently and were patient and easy to communicate with throughout the project as I was onsite (and watching intently) the entire time. Ernesto's and Tony's work was top-notch. Also, the office staff person, Sasha, did a great job, start to finish: first, in getting us scheduled in a very timely manner; all the way to the end, with final payment processing. We truly could not be happier. Our kitchen is large and our existing custom cabinetry was solid wood that was in really good shape and would have been such a waste to just get rid of. However, I also did not want our kitchen to look hodge-podge or cheap, as our home is quite grand. Anyway, the end result is the kitchen of my dreams! The newly painted finish looks seamless, brand new, and has held up beautifully to everyday use. It gives our kitchen a refreshed and totally elegant look. I am thrilled with the work that Elite performed and I am known to be VERY, VERY picky! I would not hesitate to use Elite anytime I need cabinets painted in the future.

PAL Painting floated to the top based on their Yelp rating and their competetive bid and also being local to our location in Chandler. Once we selected our color scheme and got approval from the HOA, the guys at PAL got to work. The house was given a proper power wash first, then the painting started a couple days later. Adam, Nevada, along with Bernie the job foreman, and the rest of the crew, did outstanding and professional work completing the job very timely. As the painting progressed, an issue on our roof came up due to a past microburst that swept through the neighborhood that we were aware of but had not yet addressed. Nevada assessed the issue and quoted a very reasonable fix and completed the fix along with his son, and now our roof looks and functions better and we are ready for anything the monsoon season throws at us. This time we also had them paint our block wall as well. They are very good at what they do and they are very competitively priced. We also paid extra to have them do what is called a roll back or back rolling. After they sprayed two coats of paint they then go back over it with a paint roller. This ensures the paint gets into all of the stucco nooks and crannies. This also helps to make sure that your houses paint last much longer. Years longer in fact. I highly recommend paying the extra cost to have this extra process done. *From the web: "Back-rolling increases adhesion by forcing the paint into the grain and pushing out the air that would otherwise be trapped in the texture.
