There was also a small cooler of soft drinks with a small basket of snacks and bottles of water close by. I thought our room was very quiet, especially being on the front corner facing both streets. The breakfast was a very good Southern one with biscuits, grits, scrambled eggs, potato casserole, bacon and sausage. We didn't eat again til dinner. The only thing negative was the room not having its own thermostat. We like a very cold room to sleep in and ours could have been a little cooler. Other than that our stay was perfect. The woman at the front desk was really nice and offered me a larger room and some free snacks. The next morning I went to get breakfast before going to the workout room to do some cardio. The server up-charged me ($11) for a small bowl of fruit stating that the amount she put was equivalent to two bowls. Then, the bartender kept being very rude asking if my fruit was "perfect enough this time" and kept trying to get my attention in a very hostile manner. The bartender proceeded to mock me for taking a picture of my fruit bowl. Side note- the bartender looked like she was about 60 years old. The maturity level was absent.
