We ended up here after walking in and out of OYO. The price was fair for a Saturday night…read moreunexpected reservation. The lobby was clean, modern and comfortable. There is a small store for snacks. Coffee and tea options in lobby with a nice relaxing sitting area with a large flat screen tv. The inside corridor provided a warm temperature compared to the outside cold. Hallways had clean modern carpet and decor. The room provided a couch, desk and king size bed. Two large windows and 60-65 inch flat screen on a swivel stand to view from living room or bedroom. Large open area with mini fridge, coffee maker, blow dryer and pump style body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Hot breakfast buffet offering eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, bread goods, oatmeal,, cereal and yogurts. With a large area to eat and catch the news. I thought this was a very comfortable, affordable and enjoyable stay. We will stay here whenever we come through Grenada.

The cleanliness of the room was completely unacceptable, specifically the bathroom. Both the toilet…read moreand the tub were disgusting. The toilet appeared as though it had not been properly cleaned or updated since the hotel was built, with significant buildup around the rim. The floors and the overall state of the bathroom were similarly revolting. I have taken photos of these conditions and would be happy to provide them as evidence of the state of the room. It is ridiculous to expect a guest to pay full price for a room in this condition. Regardless of the location, guests deserve a sanitary environment, and this stay fell far below any reasonable standard. I can honestly say that I never intend to stay at this hotel again. You need to do better for your guests. I promise you the CEO or the FCO or the COO. Would never live in this type of condition. Never so why should we pay a monthly fee or weekly fee or daily fee to live in this type of condition? While there are making millions off the guess. I'm living in the fancy homes in mansions. They want us to live like this. Give the hotels a great 5 or fours and walk away. I don't say nothing with this. We need to do better this is ridiculous. This should not be. A condition of a hotel, will you have to leave your head? I use the bathroom or the ironing board or the iron. I would not recommend this hotel in this condition. Do better test, do better.

What an AMAZING bed and breakfast!! Our accommodations were spectacular in the most authentic way…read more The furnishings are breathtaking antiques, the decorations beautiful, and the hospitality incomparable!!! Don't miss the original hardwood floors and antique Persian rugs. The owner, Mrs. Janice Michael, provided delicious quiché, a breakfast casserole, fresh fruit, juices and hot coffee ever morning. She would prepare the dishes in individual serving ramekins the evening prior, so all we needed to do is warm the them in the microwave. This was awesome- we could eat at our convenience and on our time schedule, not anyone else's. Each room has it's own private bathroom, television, wardrobe, books, wing back chair, king bed, and luggage stand. The spaces are amazing, quite, romantic, and extremely secure. One absolutely can not go wrong enjoying this historic bed and breakfast!!

A little bit of heaven. I can't say enough about this sophisticated B&B. My guy loves a hotel but I…read morewanted something different after driving from Beloit on our way to Biloxi. We were there only for a night, sadly, but it was perfect for what we needed. My man has since raved about our stay at Lofts to everyone and that's the highest form of praise from a dude who isn't usually a fan of a B&B. Nestled in a sweet little town with restaurants that are sure to please. The owner is wonderful. Very willing to share her area with her clients. She is a lifelong resident and knows her stuff. Highly recommend.

The Sunday before we were to be there on Friday an Indian guy called me and said they would not honor our reservations. The person at the motel had made a mistake. Tried jacking up the rates. Title: Avoid at All Costs - 14 Days of Filth and No Housekeeping…read more Staying at the Best Western New Albany, MS was an absolute nightmare. I'd rather camp in a parking lot than endure that again. No housekeeping for 14 days. Despite putting the service sign out daily, I was left to buy my own toilet paper, take out my own trash, and even vacuum my own room after cockroaches - because apparently, DIY housekeeping is part of the Best Western experience here. After escalating my concerns to the manager after 8 days of kindly requesting a clean towel and taking out my own trash, he graciously let me switch rooms (thankfully no rust stains this time) and gave me a $50 discount for that night, which didn't even cover the mattress cover I had to buy to hide the mystery stains on the mattress in the first room or the slippers required to keep my feet and socks from turning black on the carpet. Oh, and don't forget the brown, sediment-filled water that came out of the tap. I had to get bottled water just to brush my teeth. This isn't mentioning the broken fridge, construction noise, broken equipment in the gym and business center. Those are minor inconveniences. It adds to a wholistic nightmare. The cockroaches were a delightful bonus. If you're thinking of staying here, reconsider or bring your own toilet paper and vacuum. I could also save you the trouble and will happily lend you a tent.
