Ask me how I know! (...OK, Imma just tell you:) . I got ripped off when I bought my first SeaDoo. I had a machine that I had just spent thousands of dollars on, and it needed a new engine. Worse yet, an authorized SeaDoo silver dealership took it completely apart and refused to put it back together, AND HELD IT HOSTAGE because I wanted a second opinion and estimate. Once I got it back, I called, emailed, texted--even visited in person with the SeaDoo in tow--just about every authorized SeaDoo dealership in the lower peninsula, and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM declined to service it. I was just about to tow it to the junk yard when Tawas Bay Marine told me to try Lewiston Sun "N Snow. That is how I met Vito and Todd. They took a look at my giant pile of rusted parts--not knowing if everything was there or not--and said "Yeah, I've got another one of these to do, I'll just do yours at the same time." They gave me the straight story: this is a difficult job, it wouldn't be easy, it wouldn't bet be cheap. But as a result, they saved this SeaDoo customer from throwing in the towel on PWCs for the rest of my life. Instead, I got my SeaDoo back before July 4th weekend in PERFECT RUNNING ORDER! EVERYTHING works. The display, the auto suspension, and of course the supercharged engine. What a blast. I bought a new trailer from them, broke in the new engine late last summer and returned to Sun 'N Snow for the initial 10 hour service. I now drive an hour and a half from Traverse City whenever I need service, and I won't ever go anywhere else again. There are a lot of cheats and liars out there in the land of Seadoos, but I can tell you these guys are genuine experts. If you live anywhere from Manistee to Cheboygan to Tawas, do yourself a favor and make the drive to Lewiston Sun 'N Snow.

We bought from this vendor in September. We did get a list of items that they owed us. After they…read moregave us a fictional date of 9/26 which came and went we are still trying to get them to honor the "we owe" items. The fridge door in the trailer we bought from them is broken. They were supposed to replace it because without it the fridge is not usable. They have been unable to locate the parts and refuse to provide copies of the PO showing they ever ordered the items. Their problem is that if they cant get the door they need to replace the fridge and they don't want to do that. That's unfortunate but it's not our problem. We want and need to be made whole. My family is living in this $35K trailer without a fridge. That is not fair and it's not what we bargained for. We have asked multiple times for a date certain for the parts (fridge door or fridge) into and a copy of the PO showing they ordered it. Had dealings with Johnny (Sales Manager) & Lisa (Owner) which had been relatively civil if not very productive. Then along comes Tony Kesselring. Unhelpful, evasive, rude and disdainful of his customers. Comments like "I can't get rid of you fast enough" are simply the tip of the iceberg. His emails are full of double speak, conflicting statements and a general f*ck you attitude. We r at 60 days plus with no end on sight. If this is indicative of the Northern MI RV experience my advice to you is go elsewhere. When the principals of a business talk this way to their customers it's clear it's not the first time its happened but rather the first time someone has taken the time to report it. Stay tuned. So I brought them back to return them as they looked up my parts and got them from the wear house. Not a problem I'll get the rest of my stuff from town. Returned to find they where trying to re sale me the same part? Then try'ed selling me a cheaper seal, at over 4 dollars more then any other parts store, I call Napa, Advances, and Auto Zone while seated at there counter. With my phone on speaker, so they could hear the price. While on the phone with Napa, I paid less then auto value was asking for the wrong part. For Napa to see me the correct replacement part. Most of the other employs are fine to work with, Gary will just lie to you and jerk you around, he does not even give you a Military discount with An ID Card. Please save your self time and money and go anywhere else.

All the employees are friendly. This time I took my Spyder in for the first oil change and a recall. It was done in about 2 hours. Meanwhile, I went shopping. I've purchased accessories from them and even bought my Spyder from them. They have a nice selection of new and used vehicles for summer and winter. On the show floor they have a very pretty blue 2012 Spyder I admired. Mines a 2020 so I'm not in the market, but that 2012 looked well cared for. Motorcycles not your thing they've got UTVs, ATVs, snowmobiles, jet skis. Heck they even have kids' size ATVs and UTVs. I got a kick out of one of the staff moving around a kid's UTV. He had to pry himself out.
