Water started pouring out from under the fridge when we connected to the water. The office recommended Reliable RV Repair. Chris was incredible from the start. Our problem happened after hours, and he still answered immediately and didn't leave us hanging. He had Shane and Brandon scheduled first thing the next morning, and they were just as great. They arrived on time, were friendly, professional, and genuinely tried everything they could to get the part we needed -- they even checked Home Depot since we were leaving for Miami the next morning. When it became clear the part couldn't be sourced in time, they came up with a smart workaround by clamping the water line so we could hook up water without turning our motorhome into an indoor pool. We won't have ice for now, but honestly, if that's the biggest inconvenience on this trip, we're doing just fine. Truly grateful for their responsiveness, effort, and care. I recommend them highly!

I called these guys and they were on site in a few minutes, knew right away what to do and had it running perfectly in short time. A small thing is to make sure that they quote the correct pricing and errors are not showing on the dash before you leave. There were some nuts that he had forgotten to put on but could not take the bumper off due to having to get more plastic rivets, and did let me know that I would have to bring my car back. I'm glad he was honest about that. My car was very safe to drive over the weekend. I am glad that he was honest and let me know. Again I would highly recommend them. I am very happy.

We were in Savannah for a week and Primo did three projects on our fifth wheel. After our initial…read morephone message, they were responsive, on time, and communicated well. Our refrigerator was not working on the propane side. They diagnosed a problem with the propane supply hose and returned the next day to replace it. They also installed gutter extensions so that our air conditioner run off doesn't drip on the side of the coach. There ended up being an issue with the third project, but they handled it very professionally. The leading-edge of our roof membrane was not originally installed properly and the wind was starting to get underneath it and was pulling it back from the front cap of the fifth wheel-- potentially a huge problem. Fortunately, Primo noticed this when installing the gutter extensions. I brought the rig into their shop to have it fixed and they basically reattached the roof membrane as it was. When we arrived in Charleston after leaving Savannah, I rechecked the roof and found it again separating from the front cap, as it was before the repair was done. Bummer. Primo offered to drive up and redo the repair--a five hour round trip! Not wanting them to have to do this, I decided to fix it myself with some advice from Primo on how to do it differently. They walked me through the process, and then refunded the entire cost of the original repair. I would file this experience under "stuff happens." It would have been nice if the original fix had held, but I don't think their guys fully understood the nature of the problem and what was needed to prevent it; my drive to Charleston made the problem clear. It wasn't fun doing the repair in the summer heat, but I now feel more comfortable that it will hold in the long term and am happy that I essentially got paid for doing the work because of Primo's willingness to stand behind their work. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

We…read morereached out to James for a second opinion after being told by another mechanic that we needed an entire new RV refrigerator...~$5K all-in. In a short amount to time James determined that our fridge cooling unit was not bad as diagnosed by the first mechanic. He felt certain that several factors were contributing to our fridge not getting as cold as it should. One, it was very hot in UT the week we were there simply causing our fridge to work harder than normal. Two, our thermomister was not in the optimal position within our refrigerator. Took him about 15 seconds to correct. Finally, he suggested we add a second 12V cooling fan to help dissipate the warm air. He was quite certain that our fridge/freezer would work fine as we continued our trip North into cooler temps. None of these points were made by the first mechanic who literally spent three minutes determining that we needed a completely new fridge. Turns out James was completely right. Our fridge is working perfect even without the second fan. James was professional, competent and very friendly. And he is a veteran for those of us who like supporting veteran-owned businesses. I would recommend him to any fellow RVer transiting through or home-based in UT and in-need to help. And of course to any RVer home-based in UT.

I called early on a Friday and Kyle said he would be out for the repair around 6-7pm. The weather report called for tornados over the weekend; 18 people died in AL. But Kyle called late in the evening on Friday and asked for a picture of the vent. Earlier he said he was familiar with the make ànd model of my RV. Isn't this weird? Shouldn't he have asked for a picture earlier, when I had reaction time to call someone else? I can smell BS from a mile away. Kyle called back and said he did not have my cover in stock, he would have to wait until Monday to do the repair. Camping World is open on Saturday, and they are going to do the repair for half the cost. We got hit hard by the storm, and of course I didn't need Kyle by Monday. Kyle wanted $125 for coming to me, and $25 for the cover. $150 for 15 minutes of work. I'm not sure how these guys are going to survive the recession. $150 is darn good money! Using their services now would be like paying premium dollars for an air conditioner in the winter.
