I got it home and realized that the passenger side windows didn't seal up like they should because the roof frame didn't line up like the driver side, so I took it back to have them fix it because it wasn't that way when I took it over there initially. They said they fixed it but when I picked it back up, and this was in the fall of the year by now, nothing had changed, and I just put it away for the winter. Fast forward to this year, I just took it over there 7-10 days ago to have them fix it again and picked it up today and they handed me another 1187.88 bill to fix a problem that I didn't have when I initially dropped the car off to have the top installed!! To top things off, THE PASSENGER SIDE WINDOWS STILL DON'T SEAL UP!!! I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone wanting quality work done! I will never step foot in the place again!

They do great body and paint work, however do not let them touch any other part of your vehicle!!!…read moreHe claimed he installed a brand new carburetor (and charged us for one), however it turns out it was rebuilt instead (from the 70's), the fuel pressure regulator was a high pressure fuel injected version that was over powering the carburetor, wiring issues (we are on our fifth neutral safety switch), rear end issues, alternator issues, chunks of metal in the oil pan, engine smokes on startup. Ten's of thousands of dollars later and we are considering scraping this engine (which was supposedly completely rebuilt) and starting over new. These issues should not occur with a rebuilt engine! Attempts to discuss this with the owner were ignored and the only time we were able to get straight answers from him was when he was billing us. There were multiple instances of us purchasing items for this car which he conveniently 'lost'. Bottom line, if you have body and paint work that is needed - go to them. Anything else, go elsewhere!

I said, "next week," and from there the man went on a complete rant about how ANYONE should know that you just can't get your car detailed with that short amount of notice. I said OK and was ready to end the conversation and the man went ON and ON and ON about how ridiculous it was that I would even ask such a question. I don't care if they're able to turn my Mitsubishi into a gold-plated carriage with diamonds in the rims. Never going there. A simple, "No ma'am, we're booked way out" would have sufficed.

I had a very difficult stain on my car exterior from something like rusty water that leaked onto it. I had been unable to clean it off, and a hand wash car cleaning place also made no progress. Lickide Split completely cleaned it up. Also, today they helped me out with a grease/sauce stain on my upholstery from pizza. I could not believe how fast they handled it. It seriously took them less than a minute, and my seat looks perfect. Again, I will continue to be a repeat customer. I'm very pleased.

I will not go there again and I would not recommend this place to anyone else. We even offered to meet them half way with the price and they wouldn't. He told us they quoted us from an old price sheet. How is that our fault? Not good customer service!
