And they buffed the worst one out but I still have scratches all over that I have to pay someone to get out. Service was terrible talked to me like I don't know anything, have had 6 Subarus plus other brand bought here and every time something comes up weather scheduling mix ups, them hitting a pole and having to get my door repainted. Plenty enough to say after this lease is up we will not be getting another one.

Took my daughters Buick in for a tire rotation since we purchased the vehicle from Schulte and put…read morenew tires on the vehicle a couple weeks ago, I had an appointment mind you. Waited about an hour. I finally asked if the vehicle was about done. A service advisor checked and said it would be about 10 more minutes. When said and done, they told me the tech can't get the tires off because the lugnuts are swollen and will cost me $193 for new lug nuts. I said I never heard of this and was also upset that it took them that long to tell me what was going on. Also found out they were behind schedule when I was told they weren't. Of course, the service manager had to try stating this happens all the time etc etc. Was I taken advantage of, probably. Took the car to a friend to rotate the tires and the Lugnuts came off just fine, took him 20 minutes. I will NEVER go back as this is not the first time I have had issues with this dealerships service. I gave them several chances and each experience was not a good one.
