She was mean and scolded me like a kid because I should've done a better job. She should not be allowed to work there. Then I had work done. I was told if it started to hurt to raise my hand. I did and I was ignored. All the work that was done then needed to be redone in the last couple of years. Then I payed my bill with medicade along with a loan program through there. I got one bill, I called and was told that my loan was payed monthly. So don't worry about it and if I get another bill then that's what I owed. I never received a another bill. Now, my mom and brother received a collection letter. They were my emergency contact. But they put them as responsible. It also turns out since 2019 there were late fees. Now my bill is over 900 dollars. I wonder you else they are screwing over. They are so terrible and should be forced to shut down.

Looks like nothing was ever there and my teeth look great again! Great experience with getting cavities filled for the first time. Good to know that I have found a good dentist to go to. :)

Where should I start? First off scheduling is absolutely…read morehorrible. If you miss an appointment they will not be able to get you in for 3 months. This means 3 months of sitting in the same tray and not making any progress. This had happened twice so I have delayed my treatment by 6 months. I also signed the contract to do INVISALIGN and without notifying me they closed my Invisalign account, which I was contract for. They started making "in-house trays. They make themselves and the last 3 trays are almost always too big. I have had almost a year with no improvements. I'm extremely disappointed because my teeth don't look how I want them, and my wedding has passed , which was why I wanted my teeth straightened in the first place. The scheduling secretary is always extremely rude. Also, neither doctor ever knows what is going on with my treatment. They are just in this for the money. I'm so disappointed. Just don't go here.

For my first visit the check- in process was very easy, the receptionists were friendly and the support staff were really nice, understanding, knowledgeable and efficient. The waiting room is really lovely. I can't say the same for Dr.harr who treated me with such disdain, but I chalked it up to her being busy...she's got a dentistry to run and has lots of patients to attend. Since the rest of the staff was nice I made an appt to fix a cracked tooth. She did an OK job but left it all jagged and longer than the other teeth, and just felt "messy" ok...another way to make me feel like an umimportant client i guess! I had to go back a 3rd time because of tooth pain after a week. She didn't even want to look at me or talk to me and just told her assistant to refer me to someone else and she like waved me as if she didn't want to deal with me. Update: I will give you a call. I've gone to a different dentist who told me that the tooth she filled is infected. This is unacceptable. Dentists shouldn't be allowed to maim their clients. I'm also going to reach out to the board. I'm furious and still in pain, after 6 months. For her to also charge me an additional 300 to 400 for "emergency service" seems like a scam as well when in reality, all she did was refer me for an extraction due to her shoddy filling, which is still jagged by the way!

Yes, I fly back to Fargo to have my dental work done. That's how much I adore her and her staff. From the helpful & friendly staff to the computer assisted Novocain injection & Cerec 3d crown technology - I can't sing their praises enough. I always recommend her and her staff to anyone seeking a Dentist. No one can compare.
