Overall 0/10...our first visit we showed up 15 min earlier than we were supposed to, then were told…read morethe time we were given was to fill out paperwork...which was 30 minutes before our appointment time...we then waited an additional hour to be seen. Barely an apology...they just said, "things happen"! No x-rays or anything basic done. Today I call and they put me on hold after me explaining that my daughter was indicating tooth pain...after being put on hold, the receptionist came back on and asked me what I needed again...I asked if she were the person I had just spoken to and she said yes...then again I restated what I needed and she then cut me off and said they didn't have any appointments so I would need to call around. I said this is why I established care for my daughter here for, so she could get seen when she needed to. I was told to "call around"! Not sure if we're being discriminated against because my daughter has special needs but I'm beyond disappointed/dissatisfied! My daughter deserves the same respect and consideration as every other kid! They did NOT give my child a "tour" and there was not a misunderstanding! I do NOT recommend!

Where should I start? First off scheduling is absolutely…read morehorrible. If you miss an appointment they will not be able to get you in for 3 months. This means 3 months of sitting in the same tray and not making any progress. This had happened twice so I have delayed my treatment by 6 months. I also signed the contract to do INVISALIGN and without notifying me they closed my Invisalign account, which I was contract for. They started making "in-house trays. They make themselves and the last 3 trays are almost always too big. I have had almost a year with no improvements. I'm extremely disappointed because my teeth don't look how I want them, and my wedding has passed , which was why I wanted my teeth straightened in the first place. The scheduling secretary is always extremely rude. Also, neither doctor ever knows what is going on with my treatment. They are just in this for the money. I'm so disappointed. Just don't go here.

For my first visit the check- in process was very easy, the receptionists were friendly and the support staff were really nice, understanding, knowledgeable and efficient. The waiting room is really lovely. I can't say the same for Dr.harr who treated me with such disdain, but I chalked it up to her being busy...she's got a dentistry to run and has lots of patients to attend. Since the rest of the staff was nice I made an appt to fix a cracked tooth. She did an OK job but left it all jagged and longer than the other teeth, and just felt "messy" ok...another way to make me feel like an umimportant client i guess! I had to go back a 3rd time because of tooth pain after a week. She didn't even want to look at me or talk to me and just told her assistant to refer me to someone else and she like waved me as if she didn't want to deal with me. Update: I will give you a call. I've gone to a different dentist who told me that the tooth she filled is infected. This is unacceptable. Dentists shouldn't be allowed to maim their clients. I'm also going to reach out to the board. I'm furious and still in pain, after 6 months. For her to also charge me an additional 300 to 400 for "emergency service" seems like a scam as well when in reality, all she did was refer me for an extraction due to her shoddy filling, which is still jagged by the way!
