The staff were enthusiastic to stamp my library passport and asked me questions about some of my favorite locations so far. They told me about the unique features of this location - kids garden (which not sure it's been started just yet for this year) and there's a pollination garden on the lake view side. They had some seating options but generally felt a bit smaller overall compared to some other locations, so I love that they have areas outside to sit. Definitely worth checking out on a nice day!

This is where I always Park when I come to the Mall of America which is probably the most spectacular mall in the world or at least in North America. It's on the west side of the mall and it's got Texas hanging down (like I do when I'm down in Texas), the sign is clearly there so you know which state the sexiest girl in the world lives in. You walk straight out of here and you're close to Victoria Secret and a lot of other stuff. It's actually a very well-designed Mall compared to a lot of them despite the fact that it's so huge - it's actually easier to find stuff in this Mall than it is in a lot of others so we appreciate that. I'll definitely use this parking deck in future.

Pig and Fiddle and a ton of other restaurants, shops and cute little businesses and it's so convenient to get over to Uptown. Parking is not that bad, but I was there early. I can see where it would get congested and hard to park. Definitely going to make it a point to get over to this part of France Avenue more. Love this area!

The people you have to deal with if there is a problem getting into the only pedestrian door is another story. My code wasn't working to get into the garage one morning and i called the number. They told me to push this button and wait a minute and try again and then hung up on me. It didn't work. Second time I called the lady was no help telling me she couldn't find me in the system (I'm paying over $100 a month I better be on the list) and after being on the phone for 15 minutes she told me there's nothing she could do for me. In the meantime I'm just trying to get to work. A man on the street told me he can get me in another way... I was skeptical but I had to get to work. So after I emailed to the company I got an automated response and emailed the person they directed me to. Emailed that person at 8am and heard nothing. Called her at 2 and all I got was a rude response saying that she did receive my email (thanks for responding?) all i asked is she tell me if the issue gets fixed because I have a lot going on this weekend and can't afford to have my car stuck all weekend.
