I had limited cell service and needed to climb a hill to get one bar. Two hours later I received another text stating it would be another hour out. Come 04:30 pm I called Mr Sorensen and was told they could not find me and cancelled the service call. if this is why he started his towing business he has regressed as to what is important. As a new resident (5 days!) I needed to have my 2000 GMC Sierra looked at and had no idea where to go. My brother-in-law suggested Westside Auto and I am glad he did! Had a random multiple misfire code. They diagnosed misfires on cylinders 1 & 6 so they tuned up with plugs, wires, fuel & air filters. They also thought that the 2 coils were bad so I ok'd those to be replaced also (another $150+). They realized that the tune up cleared the code so didn't need the coils after all. Greatly appreciate their honesty! Could have easily charged me for coils and I never would have know the difference. Big thank you to Jamie and Taylor for some great service.
