Jeff was our tow guy, who flew in like a knight in shining armour. My BF's car decided to drop totally dead at a really busy intersection on Redwood Road. Several cops had passed by and didn't stop to help. He had NO power so he couldn't put on any hazards or open windows. Couldn't get it into neutral, so it couldn't even be pushed off the street. People are obnoxious when someone is stuck, cursing and screamng like he broke down on purpose. Jeff swooped in lights on his tow truck on, pulled straight into the intersection stopped the traffic and was able to get enough power to the car to get it into neutral so he could load it on to the tow truck. Jeff was fast and really quick to troubleshoot what he needed to do to get the car out of the intersection. Thank you! read more

My roadside assistance contracted them to tow my car with an hour and half wait time. When it was 15 minutes past the stated time, I called. A man answered and rudely told me they had cancelled that tow an hour ago. I called roadside assistance and the tow shop had contacted no one about the cancellation. Very unprofessional. I had to wait another 45 minutes for a new place to come tow my car. read more
