Explain problem to the electrician and he some time checking outlets and circuit breaker box. He indicated problem was neutral wiring circuit. I indicated that the problem could be at the tie-in under the house. He said that if I didn't mind, he would come back Monday with his helper who would go under the house to troubleshoot and/or repair the wiring problem. He left, never returned and failed to respond to several voicemail messages. If he didn't want to do the job should have at least the courtesy and the professionalism to tell me.
