I've literally gone here for 7+ years. The last three times I've been in the owner has been out of town. The first time the lady did them way too thin and butchered my eyebrows. I then grew them out, went for my second time and the owners right hand lady was in there and she did a great job and then I went today and there were two ladies I've never seen before, and the lady completely butchered my eyebrows one is thinner than the other one is shorter than the other, and she tried to say at the end of when I got out of the chair that one of my eyebrows was thinner than the other, which that's not the case one of my eyebrows is longer than the other, but you can barely tell and the owner would always just leaves a little bit of extra hair on the end. I'm so upset my birthday is next week. My eyebrows looks terrible. read more

My first time here, I called to see if I could do walk in. It was really quick. I usually do threading and wanted to find a good place I can trust to do my eyebrows, this is definitely the place. The lady was so quick and polite. I made sure to ask her not to change the shape of my eyebrows, but to clean only. they charge $10 for eyebrows which is very common. I usually always have a great experience. I've gone here for a couple years now. I recently had someone I haven't seen before and she didn't understand English well enough to understand what I requested... the frustrating part is she acted like she did and quickly said "yes." It's not drastic so not a major deal but she took from an area of the perfect eye brow to match the not perfect one I was trying to grow out.. when I specifically asked not to. I came to Dak tired of waxing, and in constant fear that someone would mess up my brows or skin with wax. So, after some review hunting, I decided to come here! I'm so glad I did, because I finally have a "brow place." I only asked that my eyebrows just be a little cleaned up as I like thicker brows on me. She did an awesome job! They were cleaned and shaped and look so much better than I could have hoped! I highly recommend you switch from was to threading and visit Dak! She knows brows! Best place in town to get your eyebrows threaded. Everyone who works there really takes their time to make sure it comes out perfect. I've been going for over a year now and I'm really happy with the shape my eyebrows have become. Even before Covid she was very clean and sanitized before each client. Only threader in the Tampa Bay Area I let touch my caterpillar of eyebrows. She does amazing shaping and is fairly thorough. Only downside is when there is a line of people, I feel like Daksha rushes a bit to keep up and at those times my eyebrows have come out uneven. I would still 100% recommend her but I try to go when there's no one else there so she can focus on my brows. read more
